With this take vitamin D also...due to iron deficiency hairs will fall. Methi or fengruek seeds have good amount of iron content. But u need vitamin D also for absorption of iron. Sit in sunlight for 15 min to get vitamin d.

No issue Manali. Do one thing. Add a bit more of water and make the methi paste. And then strain the paste . You'll get something creamy and I think it'll be easier to take off with shampoo.

Instead of soaking in water soak methi seed in yoghurt for better results....if your hair is dry use coconut oil otherwise no need....I use this mask for dandruff control and the mask gives me the visible results in a single use only

I tried this pack today but i struggled so much to clean my hair afterwards because the methi paste keeps sticking and even after washing hair multiple times i was not able to clean my head completely. Use Fenugreek powder , curd, coconut oil and lemon juice for dandruff , soak Fenugreek powder n all ingredients for 20 minutes or some more time ,than apply on hair for 30 to 40 minutes

Instead of using this paste, u can use fenugreek powder and soak it in curd overnight next day strain it with the help of cloth and apply on hair
