Great Demo. I'm torn between this one and the CMX1978. Any thoughts on that?

I've been looking at reverb pedals, and the Meris X is the most packed with features, from what I've seen the Meris X is like a small, powerful computer completely programmed for all things reverb with a bunch of different parameters, but the 1978 is nice but is mostly gimmicky, the X will have so much more adaptability.
One is for sitting at home, shoe-gazing.
The Meris X is a full on, top of the range reverb pedal, and it has sounds to match.

Owned the 1978 & currently the MercX. The 1978 sounds lush and very organic, and the flying faders are cool especially if you use midi, but the MercX, sonically, has so much more in terms of the sounds you can craft. Both are phenomenal though!

The mercury x has 3 or 4 of the algos from CXM. So you should be able to do 99% of what cxm can do with this pedal... plus a whole lot more.
