Yes, they incorporated international sign language. The peace sign, the dance sign and the fun sign. I saw some emotional comments from deaf ARMY, who didn‘t felt left out for the first time and cried 🥺 BTS has such powerful messages in their music and I have never seen an artist doing this.

I know right when the MV came out 😘 MY ARMY HEART I silently screamed when I got notified but I had to hold it in while freaking out at the same time; I thought my heart would come out of my chest. The transition from BUTTER MV was #SmoothLikeButter into bringing their third FULL ENGLISH track with upbeat cutesy summer vibes turning into BANGTAN COWBOYS; the song was composed by Ed Sheeran. Everything looks so amazingly fun including BTS *My baby JK 😎 brings back his ”Danger” era self but with a more mature look in all black 😁 Don’t even get me started on my boys SUGA and V - They all killed it.* They even using sign language to spell out PERMISSION TO DANCE (if i’m not mistaken) and THE PURPLE BALLOONS REPRESENT ARMYs SOULS LOL 💜😝 OMG they dropped a WORLD TOUR hint along with others (ssshhhh, not telling hehe) #PermissionToDance #BTS #EdSheeran #StopAsianHATE
*I haven’t yet seen the behind the scenes video yet of how they filmed it but if i’m not mistaken in my observation they seemed to have filmed this somewhere in South Korea in a desert area since they’re still not able to travel outside of Asia except for maybe to Jeju Island and Japan; the seem to have added some global dancing clips unless it’s all from the same place but within different areas.*

Releasing of the Balloons is suppose to symbolize the End of Covid as you see people taking off their masked.
I think V was a big influence in this video. With V being the creator of "I Purple You", and now Purple being a official color for BTS. "I left a purple balloon in your dream" was a message that V sent to comfort one Army during Covid. V has also has been using a lot of Sign Language lately. So I think that he had them include it into the Choreography/Video as to help reach more Army to be able to understand this Video. V is a very thoughtful and caring person as well as the other members. Sign Language: Scratching their body while raising thumb and slightly benting rest of fingers means "Fun". Moving two fingers side to side on top of palm means "Dancing". Fingers up and down touching thumb means "Talking". Two fingers moving means "Walking". And holding up two fingers also means "Peace". This was a Celebration for Army (Showing different Ages, Genders, Nationalities, Jobs/Roles, Diversity and including their own Crew and staff). That was their crew and staff at the end of video. BTS loves their Army and not wanting to leave out anyone.
