Nakapunta ka na ba sa isang sale? Sabi mo pag punta mo sa sale, "Alam mo, itong bagay na to hindi ko to mabibili pag hindi sale." Since sale siya binili mo.
Ang tanong ko, "KAILANGAN MO?" Bumili ka ng isang bagay na kasi naka-sale. At ang galing-galing ng mga mall. May sale sa a-kinse, may sale sa a-trenta, may sale sa Valentine's, may sale sa pasko. Lahat na lang may sale. At tayo naman, bili tayo ng bili ng sale. MASKI HINDI NATIN KAILANGAN.
So, san na napunta? Doon sa aparador natin. Diba?
Bumili ka ng sale na hindi mo kailangan. Hindi mo nagamit at nagtanong ka, "SAAN NAPUNTA ANG PERA KO?"
Sabi ng misis ko sa akin, "Ang bagay na MAHAL, MURA YAN pag PARATING NAGAGAMIT. Pero ang bagay na MURA, MAHAL YAN pag HINDI MO NAGAGAMIT."
So, you let your money leak.

Yung mayaman, bakit siya may malaking stocks? Kasi yung negosyo niya, bigay nang bigay ng pera sa kanya. Diba si Elon Musk just bought Twitter? Bakit? Kasi sobrang dami na ng pera e. Kaya sila nakaka-invest ng marami kasi may sobra silang pera na GALING SA NEGOSYO NILA.
Kayo naman gusto nyong yumaman. Yung malit nyo na sweldo, itataya pa nyo sa mga HINDI NIYO SIGURADO NA INVESTMENTS.
Ako, ang suggestion ko sa inyo, LEARN HOW TO USE THE EXPERIENCE YOU GAINED AND THE MONEY YOU KEPT TO PUT UP A GOOD BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE.
You know, I have this friend. He's a general manager of one of the most successful companies I've seen. At ayaw siya pa-retirin ng kumpanya because ang galing niya. Sabi ko, “Ba’t ka magre-retire? Laki-laki ng kita mo.” Tas sabi ko, “As long as that business is good, yung passive income mo hindi hihinto.” Sabi niya naman sa akin, “Totoo, Dong.”
IF YOU HAVE A HEALTHY BUSINESS, MASKI MATANDA KA NA, YUN ANG MAGBIBIGAY NG PASSIVE INCOME MO.
