Great video Gary, I know the newer plugs are technically better but I found the older M&P plugs easier to terminate.

I was looking at Amphenol right angle PL 259 adapters this week. £40 each. Good connectors cost a lot of money unfortunately.
Whats the best temp for leaded and unleaded solder gary
that depends on the brand specs, when you do a cable end you have be mindful of the dielectric not melting.. typical temps I would say 220-300deg c but the most important thing (along with temps) is flux, use a good flux or fluxed solder.. Gaz
