    I was 7 years old when I was watching Mr E D Today I'm 63. What a wonderful, fantastic show, Mr. Ed. Thank you

    This is when TV had good clean, funny, wholesome shows on.. this was the best show ever ❤️ hard to believe it's been 60+ years ago when I first watched Mr Ed. Good memories

    My sister had a hand puppet Mr. Ed she got one Christmas. The head was hard plastic and the part that slipped over your hand (making it a puppet) was this fur line material the color of Mr. Ed. The cool thing was, it had one of those pull strings and Mr. Ed would say about three or four phrases he said on the show. A neat toy. Those were good times. ❤️💜💚

    Why is it that horses don't have emotional problems?
    Because they live in a stable environment.

    Because when the rest of the horses were asked if they would like to talk
    they all said Neigh.

      II watched the original and Mr. Ed was on every Sunday evening. My fingers would be crossed that dad didn't have something lined up he wanted to watch. It was his TV after all.

      Well, this tv show did come from a time when houses were affordable and workers had unions, pensions, and were paid enough to have a savings. Today we've let big business and right wingers destroy the unions, default on the pensions, and we are the horse's ass.

      They used a nylon thread, not peanut butter. Eventually the horse learned to “talk” on cue. And it was indeed a horse, the snopes article was done as a joke.

    Ed did a stint in the Betty Ford clinic due to a loco weed addiction in the mid 70s. He recovered and retired to his farm in northern California where he lived on the millions he received in residuals....

    I loved this show, I watched it everyday Monday through Friday on channel 5 at 4 pm. Great show then and would be today.
