Ed did a stint in the Betty Ford clinic due to a loco weed addiction in the mid 70s He recovered and retired to his farm in northern California and lived on the millions he made from residuals.
I was a kid when Mr Ed was on television, it was my favorite TV show to watch, I will watch it whenever I can they just don’t make TV shows like this anymore
Love the new 64 Studebaker GT Hawk and Daytona hardtop. Unfortunately, it wouldn't be long after this show that Mr. Ed was no longer sponsored by Studebaker, and Studebaker was by then built in Canada, making it an import to the USA.
I loved watching Mr Ed. Sponsored by Studebaker and we had a Gran Turismo Hawk. I like that they placed Studebakers in their shots and Wilber and Carol had a Wagonaire and an Avanti.
Mr Ed was the funniest show ever. I wish we could go back to the way everything was in the 1950s. Everything now a days is sleazy and boring. The best shows never had kids as main characters. Now a days everything is based on families with kids which is extremely boring.
And the Daytona hardtop makes a guest-star appearance when the couple inside pull up next to the truck Ed is driving...possibly the only TV show ever in which a horse sold horsepower!
When his flipping hoof comes out of the side of the car to make a turn! I can’t stand it! 🤣🤣🤣☺️☺️This is so freaking funny! I have always loved Mr. Ed!😹😹😹😹😹💖💖💖💖😹😹😹😹😹😽
It's impossible not to be amused by this great show.

I'm 47 and live on the retro TV memories from the 60's, 70's, and 80's.
One way street? Oh that’s okay. I’m only going one way. 😆
I think mr ed will have it his way
Love this
Love the 'hoof' signals!

They sure don’t make TV shows like this anymore! I love Ed and Wilbur
I`m definitely agree with you.😊😇💯❤♋
nothing like the old days. nothing today can compare!

Agreed a wonderful show, and a wonderful time the 1960s !!!!!
What a natural talent mr.ed was never taken seriously in hollywood
Duncan Knowles ,
Oh, but the masses adored him!!!!!!!!!
..............Bravo, Ed, bravo!!!................
This is hilarious!! "Mr. Ed" was one of the funniest shows EVER--it's a classic!!😁💒
Brilliant show and superb acting !!!!!
The Greatest Star to ever come out of Hollywood.
This is one of the funniest episodes. Wish it had been the full episode and not just a short clip.
Absolutely but this was the best part of the episode
@@bartleywalton1888 this was the best part
My favorite show as a kid!
The cop at the end feeling ill, ha ha make me laugh til I have tears...
Thought he was going to taze Ed
One of my favorite scenes from the series. My 2 other favorites are when Ed surfed and when he hit a home run at Dodger Stadium.
Clint Eastwood one was my favorite
Oh my god' this is so funny' better than the dross we get on tv today.😊
Those hood-mounted POV shots of the vehicle flying up and down steep hills predates BULLITT.
Some of it looks like it could have been filmed on a Bicycle. Crazy Stunts.
I miss all of these shows. They do not make television like this any more. I feel sorry for the kids of today that missed out on all of this.
Excellent. We can find some wisdom in Mr. Ed
Man. Today’s shows suck! Me ed is by far the best!
Amen!
Mr. Ed could be one of my best friends because I could use someone to talk to and what better choice than a talking horse
Love these shows.wish they would Bring them back the oldies but goodies now that's class
Oh, my aching back! 😆
Mr. Ed was a very smart horse!
So funny Mr Ed driving !!!!!!! Awesome.
The actor voicing Ed was perfect.
Agreed. For anyone who wants to know who voiced Ed. His name is Alan “Rocky” Land
@@microphoneandcaseykasemyes6862actually that's Lane, I'm guessin' your finger hit the D by mistake.
Mr. Ed was a character!
Still hilarious after 60 years!
This was great episode
I love that horse and that show.
I was a kid when Mr Ed was on television, it was my favorite TV show to watch, I will watch it whenever I can they just don’t make TV shows like this anymore
Mr Ed’s school of driving
I loved watching M,r. Ed, when I was a kid 😂
I love Studebakers, and Mr. Ed. He and Wilbur did commercials. Ed said in one that he took a "demonstration drive".
Love the new 64 Studebaker GT Hawk and Daytona hardtop. Unfortunately, it wouldn't be long after this show that Mr. Ed was no longer sponsored by Studebaker, and Studebaker was by then built in Canada, making it an import to the USA.
Can you picture Mr Edd driving in the Indianapolis 500 race lol
Wee this is fun wee
I sure wish they'd put Mr read back on there was a fun program❤
Love me some Mr. Ed!!
So funny. The good ol' television series are awesome 😂
That was great, and so many Studes!
That's one hell of a lot of "HORSE" power! 😅
At the very least, he has more 'horse-sense', than most of today's drivers...
I can watch mr ed, the munsters and f troop all day everyday, and bewitched with the original darren
So funny!!! Miss this show.
Love Mr. Ed!!!!
This is my all time favorite moment on Mister Ed, I thought it was hilarious seeing him drive.
You'll have to take the wheel Hilda I'm I'm not feeling well 😂😂😂🤣🤣
"Look, ma! No hands!"
😂😂😂
We go from 1964 to the late 1930's in the car scenes in places?
Using old stock footage I guess
0:16 Note the clutch pedal. Ed was talented, indeed, to drive a stick.
Who was the pedestrian actor at 1:30?
Ted Cruz by the looks of it
I don’t know his name, but he played the husband in the tv show Hilda.
He's hooves is sexy on gas pedal
I was more amused by the lady pedestrian at 2:18-- strikes me as an actual pedestrian perhaps?
At 2:02, that cop should know better than to cut a corner like that. A great recipe for a head on.
You picture Mr Edd driving for ups lol
I loved watching Mr Ed. Sponsored by Studebaker and we had a Gran Turismo Hawk. I like that they placed Studebakers in their shots and Wilber and Carol had a Wagonaire and an Avanti.
Use the brush, Wilbur. I had it coming.
LMAO. Loved Mr Ed!!
Yeah well Mister Ed still drives better than most of the people on the road today
I loved Ed
Hmmm. That truck had a clutch pedal and Mr Ed was shown using only the brake. It makes me suspect he wasn't really driving. 🤔 😄 🚛
Nice 64 Pontiac wagon in the first few frames!
I loved Mr. Ed!
I can see how they could teach a horse to talk but how did they teach it to drive? Incredible trainers!
This was my favorite episode. Did you see the cop on the Harley?
Hello- IM MR ED😁
Mr Ed was the funniest show ever. I wish we could go back to the way everything was in the 1950s. Everything now a days is sleazy and boring. The best shows never had kids as main characters. Now a days everything is based on families with kids which is extremely boring.
Favourite episode . Sara 💌 Shenae
While there were Studebakers in this clip. Mr. Ed was driving a late-1930's International Harvester D-Series cowl-and-chassis truck.
Someone should bring back driving goggles.
A fun clip, with some older footage mixed in. Bad editing, though...at 1:07 we see a single driver, but at 1:09 the wife is in the passenger's seat!
Lol
She's in at both times
And the Daytona hardtop makes a guest-star appearance when the couple inside pull up next to the truck Ed is driving...possibly the only TV show ever in which a horse sold horsepower!
That poor Cop..
Hey watch were you’re going
I wish they would have used a Wagonaire at the beginning when Mr Ed almost rear ended that station wagon.
Of course, it would have never been good had Ed rear-ended his own sponsor's product (think that was a '63 or '64 Valiant wagon)...
I love Mr Ed.
Great, I also enjoy Toonces the cat clips on TH-cam.
The older couple are in a Studebaker, the show’s sponsor.
The police officer can’t tell people that he gave a horse a speeding ticket. Sad Mr Ed ran out of gas.
Well the truck did. As for Mr. Ed..........😉
Hahahahaha! Ok buddy! and its Mr. Ed! Lmao!
A classic 46 or 47 International KB chassis under that van. It had to be a good 15 years old when this was shot.
Mr Ed’s truck
So funny amazing how they did that awesome
This was a good show 😂!
Good old fashioned humor
MR ED GANG RISE UP --- GET YOUR EARLY TICKTS RITE HERE
LMAAAAOOOO!!!!!
So funny, love that turn signal..Bikers❤
1:06 light turned grey
Ed drives better than most human drivers😂😂
Hi uncle light green truck
One Way Street, That's Ok I'm only going one way !

Wheeeeeeee this is fun, wheeeeeeeee😀😀😀😀😀
Driver Downs?
I always wanted to meet this mysterious "Driver Ed" fellow...
How did they teach the horse to drive? Was it on the open road or on the lot? This looks dangerous to me.
OH MY GOD!
Belly laughs.
The fact that Mr. Ed is so bad at driven is funny
A reboot will have Mr Ed driving a Tesla
Well at least it would finally have horsepower.
