It's kinda funny, because in my version of the cartoon (one of the European Portuguese ones, not sure which one exactly), it seems that a decent amount of songs were replaced by the instrumental version of this... Copyrighted songs, specifically. However, on my DVD, this only really happened on the episode where the Milli Vanilli appeared. Now that was still a weird choice, because they were definitely singing a song, yet I couldn't hear them singing, only the band playing. At the time, I assumed the crowd was screaming and cheering so loudly that we couldn't hear them sing.
That's quite the observation. Ever sense I first it, I tried to follow the lyrics. Also, the instrumental version I heard most of my life was used to replace all Milli Vanilli songs after that lip-syncing scandal came out.

I'm gonna say it right now. This is the WORST music piece from this show. Why? Cause it was frustratingly overused. Much like how I hate Gusty Garden Galaxy's music cause its the only piece from "Super Mario Galaxy's" amazing soundtrack that gets ANY attention, even though its just a weaker rendition of "Good Egg Galaxy's" track, "Mega Move" was heard at least once EVERY episode and it got old, SUPER fast.
Actually a lot of the songs in the show had to be taken out due to copyright reasons, and Mega Move was all they had as a replacement. Mega Move wasn't even originally from this show, it's from Captain N.
@@ZirroTheReaper True, but I wouldn't have an issue with this song if it wasn't played like 20 times an episode. Even in instances where its not needed. Princess Peach enjoying her vacation in Hawaii? "MEGA MOVE"!! Mario and friends either fighting Bowser or running from him? MEGA MOVE!! Can't get the rights to Milli Vanilli for the DVD release of this show cause you can't be bothered to pay royalties? "MEGA MOTHER FUCKING MOVE"!! I almost wanna take back everything I said about "Gusty Garden Galaxy". At least the overusage of that song came from Mario fan videos and other things like that. This song meanwhile was in EVERY episode of this show, and its not even that good of a song. Its repetitive, its dull, and its so not Mario!
Mario: Hey, how come we don't get this kind of applause we did good plumbing?!
This song was edited in place of a Milli Vanilli song due to a controversy surrounding the fact they lip synced instead of actually sung

watching kooky fly at 70 miles per hour into the castle was funny.
Ever since Mr. Wilson's review from his channel, Colónia Contra Ataca, of this cartoon, I imagine skeletons playing this song.

Literally the “default” stand in song

They better play this in the movie.
They didn't
Well it wasn’t meant for it, they just replaced licensed songs with it
Now we need an instrumental that is of the original source.

Where was this song sung in Mario's cartoon or Captain N?
Both shows. Though the version with lyrics was only in Captain N's Feud of Faxanadu episode (but it only had one verse).
