Saeed Khan If you want it you will do it. All it takes is determination. I was 100kgs but it was more fat then muscle. After a couple of years of eating proper and exercise walking fast with weight is the best way I believe. I got down to 70 kgs and it's muscle not fat. As muscle weighs more but is smaller in volume then fat is bigger but weighs less. So it's about losing the fat and gaining the muscle. That's why eating and not starving yourself is so important. Of course eating the right thing is very important but that doesn't mean you can't treat yourself once a week. Everything in moderation. Exercise is extremely important. The best way is to lose weight gradually and then you body will stay that way. I do hope this heaps and believe in yourself you will get there. Take care as being a healthy weight is what will help your organs work better and live longer. Be happy you deserve too.

burning4rmwithin you sure do have a lot of excuses. I’ve lost 180 pounds while studying, cooking and cleaning for 5 people , taking care of my autistic sibling and doing part time work. I’m not saying you have to be like me. But you can lose weight if you really want to , when you drop the excuses.
I am so happy Aaron is on the right track. I've met with him at radio stations where he's had interviews many times through my life. Even saw him just a few months ago. He's incredibly kind. He deserves to be happy and healthy. 😊❤
My heart goes out to Tina Malone. It’s hard to try and do something when you are a little bit older. I know how hard that is, and my prayers are with her. It’s scary to change your life style in the middle of events like that. It takes a lot to change all of your eating habits. May God watch over her during this journey!

I think it's because as a society we are taught that women have a tendency to be more emotional and men are not supposed to show sadness. Therefore, we as human beings tend to be more harsh towards men when it comes to our wording choices than with women.

Just now seeing this video on 6/01/19. Wow, such Amazing weight losses! Whoever compiled the photos for this, edited it and put it together, you guys did a Great! job! My favorite was probably the reality show Dance Moms woman who had to go to jail or Jonah Hill. I've loved that guy for Ages, really happy for him, but Mostly, proud of him. Losing weight and changing habits is Never easy. It takes goals and discipline and determination. So, good for him!

I no A 4 when I was 18/20 I was 4. NOW happy 12/14 I go for in my TOPS and /PANTS.
After 3kids and I have, under active toyrides clands which makes me gain waith. I'm 33 now and if I take my tablets for my toyrides daily ill be A medium in size.

It took this nobody 33 years to figure out how to "Have my cake and eat it too." Failure after failure but never giving up on research into how the body processes food. I now stay 127-130 for the past 2 years. Better late than never!?! I am so happy that these very public peeps are healthy now.

Mama June has never been a size 4. Even at her thinest, she didn’t look thinner than me and I have not been a size 4 since I was 19 years old. My average size has been 7-10. There is no way she was ever a size 4. She is back to 200lbs. It won’t be long till she goes back to her old ways.

Agreed when I am a 4 I’m about 120. Even with muscle and toning that isn’t possible at 160. After my daughter I was 160 for a couple months and wore an 11 in juniors and 9 in women’s

I'm 82lbs (I'm not overly skinny just really small in build and stature) it's crazy hearing the amount of weight people lost especially when it's several times my entire weight. My mum lost 6 stone as well doing slimming world and looks amazing, she did it in about a year 😊

I lost 210lbs 12 years ago. It saved my life. I was left with pounds and pounds of loose skin. I got my stomach skin removed but here in the UK, skin removal after weight loss is seen as purely cosmetic, so it isn't available on our National Health Service. I paid for my stomach skin removal. It ran into thousands of pounds. I have had at least 7 years of extra life (I was given three to five years to live before my weight loss) and am forever grateful.

I started a diet too. I switched chips to popcorn and i only eat candy once a week. Im at the weight I want to be now. Just took 4 weeks. Im proud of myself cause not eating candy especially chocolate, is so hard! Totally worth it though. I feel better. 😃💕
