As a teacher who taught in various universities for the last decade, I believe young people must go abroad and explore opportunities, train and educate themselves, invest in Pakistan, and make an ecosystem of socio-economic value. Nobody is telling you to cut-off from your roots. Conscious planning of the future for sustainable growth is the key.

Despite all its faults, it is difficult to leave Islam in Pakistan (& other Muslim majority countries) while it is difficult to keep Islam abroad. Maybe you will be good, maybe your children will also be on Islam.What is the guarantee that their children and further down the line they will not leave Islam? If they do, whole generation is lost. where state is encouraging LGBT in shcools and encouraging burning Quran. While it is very difficult to leave Islam and change your religion in Pakistan so your future generations are likely to be Muslim even if you are not a good Muslim....

بہت شکریہ حقیقی باتیں کرنے کا۔ یہ وقت کی ضرورت ہے۔ پاکستان کے حکمران خود قرض ملنے پر اسے سیلیبریٹ کرتے ہیں اور مبارکبادیں دی جاتی ہیں۔ عوام میں سے وہی لوگ ایسی باتوں کے خلاف ہوتے ہیں جو خود یا تو امیر ہوتے ہیں یا پھر وہ لوگ جو کنویں کے منڈک ہوتے ہیں۔ جن کی نگاہ کنویں کی دیواروں سے باہر جا ہی نہیں سکتی۔ ہم اسلامی تاریخ میں دیکھتے ہیں کہ اصحاب کرام دنیا میں پھیل گۓ اور وہ دین کے ساتھ روزگار بھی کرتے تھے۔ کوئ ہاتھ پر ہاتھ رکھ کر نہیں بیٹھا تھا۔ پاکستان پہلے ہی کافی گہری کھائ میں گر چکا ہے کھانے کیلیۓ کچھ نہیں ہے اور باتیں بہت بڑی ہوتی ہیں۔ ساتھ میں انڈیا کو دیکھیں وہاں اتنی آبادی ہونے کے باوجود وہ امیر ہو رہے ہیں اور نہیں تو بنگلہ دیش کو ہی لے لیں جنوبی ایشیاء میں ایک ابھرتی ہوئ معیشت ہے مگر ہمارے ہاں حکومتوں نے خود ہی کاروبار کے دروازے بند کر دیۓ ہوۓ ہیں۔ ایک چھوٹے سے کام کیلیۓ کئ کئ دفاتر سے اجازت نامے اور وہ بھی تاریخوں پہ تاریخوں پر اگر رشوت دی تو ٹھیک ورنہ بہت سی قانونی پیچیدگیاں تو ہیں ہی۔

Jazakallah Sir you are a very productive, hopeful person. Indeed, I think its also the responsibility of overseas well settled Pakistanis to hire our people from back home. This will create a whole ecosystem of economic activity and positive change. Indians hire their own people as much as possible in their companies,in MNCs etc as well.
