I was alone in my tiny apartment, in the process of divorce. My wife and daughter live separately, and i'm so lonely after having a family for 17 years. Everything happen for a reason, i was browsing windows of video in youtube. This video already hit my attention but i was uncertain to spend more than an hour listening to sermon at tuesday night. Then i scrolled down. And i found this video again, and somehow someway or by instinct, i picked this video. To the surprise, i sat and listened. I wept and touched. It was really just the two of us: God speaking to me using you in this empty room. Pastor Steven, you are really blessed with the wisdom to really pointing out, showing each word's meaning in the Bible. May God use you abundantly and reach out to a lot of people in despair right now. God bless you and your family. Amen

Sept. 28, just turned 71 and was ready to push all my chips into the middle of the table. Looked over at my wife who has been struggling w her health and looked back. at the love we've shared, at the places we've been, and the strugtgles we've been through and I figgured with her I can make a while longer. Pastor Steven, I know this is 3 years later but I just want to thank you. You are a magnificent instrument of God! I don’t care what anyone says about algorithms I thank God for using those too because every time I need something your sermons come up and god speaks through you so clearly to me. I know when it is needed, this will reach your hands and I pray that it brings you as much peace and you bring me from your sermons when I need it. I have always felt alone and struggled with depression and I have a life that would bring so much testimony to God and I am only now realizing that from hearing your messages. I know God is going to make a way for me to share everything he has done for me and I know now I am never alone. I am learning to turn to him when I feel the depression trying to take over I have been leaning into him more and amazingly things start to slowly fall into place. I don’t think you will ever be able to grasp how much you have helped me so thank you
I struggle with a lot too and and I still struggle but it's different now. God really can make ANYTHING HAPPEN. just don't you give up. Those dark days no longer have a hold on you. God is pulling you up through it and out of it. With every darkness there IS a light. You are growing from the hard times you face. Hold that head up high to the Lord because he is transforming you and you are a warrior of the Lord's!
Stephen, I remember someone told you you can't sing. Whoever said that was being used by the devil. You can sing. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Sing to the glory of God.
I was listening to him play on the guitar and sing. It hit me this man has a heart for God, the possessions and position of power are just an overflow from that place of deep relationship with God.

This was for me. I kinda felt like I hear from him say "Shay this is a process". My husband and I separated last year and I told God I didn't want him back until he was changed by you. I was praying that prayer bc I felt like I couldn't handle the chaos we went through before. God saved, baptism me and filled me with the Holy Ghost. He came back the same way, and I have been feeling like " why bring h back the same way". Why get my hopes high just for it to seem like its the same thing. He recently got us kicked out our apartment bc of foolishness. I have definitely been saying "God I didn't ask for this". This sermon cleared up a lot of confusion for me. Prayers for your husband to be transformed by the power of God. I was a man bent for destruction until God saved me. I was addicted and homeless. If you would have told my family the week before I was saved or even the months after I was saved that God would be using me and transforming me anew, anew, anew everyday. And now 13 years later I am a family man, a business owner and light in my community they would have laughed at the thought. Your husband has free will and it will be a process of transforming. I pray He is completely transformed by Gods power and His Grace.

It’s amazing how God is speaking to me, I started a business a year ago and due to the coronavirus I lost it all. I gave up and didn’t want to do another salon ever again. So I went mobile. Then something out of the ordinary happened. One of my clients is opening a plaza and offered me to open my salon there. I couldn’t believe it because the price that she is charging me is unbelievable!!! I know this is from God!! They are building it from scratch and the owner is willing to do advertising for me so I can build again!!! I really didn’t ask for this at all!!! But God has a plan for me!!! Amen 🙏🏼🙌🏼😭😭😭

Dont lose hope, stand on Gods promises. I too have been asked to leave for a second time. I'm not all of the problem, but.... I was neglectful and silent on many things because I let fear and the devil talk me out of just even speaking with my partner in life. I'm hurt and ashamed of myself, but I wont stay in that shame or hurt. I'm leaving it as Gods feet and I'm going to get back on my path I shouldn't have strayed from long ago. I can sit here in sorrow and look at all the could of, should of, would of, but I wont. I will learn to love myself and to love God so I can love my children the way I need to! Sarah may never forget how I treated her out of resentment because of what I felt I wasnt getting from her. You see instead of leaning on her or anyone I know I should have leaned on God long ago. So I will, and I know I'll make mistakes. I know I am not perfect, but I dont need to be because the author of life will write my story for me! I pray for faith to be bestowed upon you , I pray for love for yourself and for the greatest thing of all! I pray you have the most fulfilling relationship with Jesus and you give all of yourself to him. Dont sweat the small things, jesus won the battle for us as soon as he got on that cross. I pray that in jesus mighty name. I know you have no idea who i am, but i love you brother. Hold strong, move when he asks you to move, and even more important... be still when he asks you to be still. You'll know what's right when you can hear his whispers into your heart. Trust in this. Last year I lost my baby and it was so hard for me and my husband to handle that loss we turned to God after loosing her. After coming closer to God this year I found out I was given a second chance to be a mother. It's taking a lot of faith to put my life and the baby growing in my womb life in his hands. She's due this November and despite my poor health, God has blessed my baby with amazing health and the doctors are amazed. She is so healthy and I can't wait to meet her this coming fall.

As a woman who is getting a divorce next week, suffers from depression and depends on other children of GOD to do only GOD can do, this sermon speaks volumes to me. I just prayed today and told GOD that I leave everything in GOD’s hands. Only GOD knows what I need and how to deliver that need. Preparing for surgery again so I can try to have a baby for the third time, I’m scared but I know GOD is with me. I leave the disappointment of 2 back to back miscarriages in GODs hands. I don’t know what GOD is about to do in my life, but I trust him. I trust him with everything in me. I also want to gain hope again as well as peace with my situations that only GOD can fix. I may feel alone but this sermon was for me.

What makes this so profound for me is that the shunamite woman stopped believing for a child and that is also my disappointment and my personal pain...after 10 years of infertility I let it go and I've been trying to fill that hole, and bury that want and pray to God to take the cup from me...😭😭
I had been feeling sad and lonely the past week and I couldn't even figure out why. I lost my job recently and I thought I had come out of that loss. Though I have people in my life with whom I can share my worries but I somehow couldn't as I felt each one of them is going through their own troubles and didn't feel it's right for me to burden them. Here we are on April 2. , 2024 and our world is in a horrible mess. Hopefully Jesus will come soon. I least my full leg almost 2 years ago. I need help but try to do as I i can. My husband is a drug addict and leaves for days or weeks at a time. I'm sitting here watching this old show from the pandemic. God is so good and takes such good care of me. The Lord sent me a special needs son. At 13 he doesn't yet left his head or sit up. He doesn't yet speak, but he is filled with so much joy and exuberance for life. His name is Eamon (like Amen) I haven't stopped believing or trusting. This is our day!

I was alone in my tiny apartment, in the process of divorce. My wife and daughter live separately, and i'm so lonely after having a family for 17 years. Everything happen for a reason, i was browsing windows of video in youtube. This video already hit my attention but i was uncertain to spend more than an hour listening to sermon at tuesday night. Then i scrolled down. And i found this video again, and somehow someway or by instinct, i picked this video. To the surprise, i sat and listened. I wept and touched. It was really just the two of us: God speaking to me using you in this empty room. Pastor Steven, you are really blessed with the wisdom to really pointing out, showing each word's meaning in the Bible. May God use you abundantly and reach out to a lot of people in despair right now. God bless you and your family. Amen

Looked over at my wife who has been struggling w her health and looked back. at the love we've shared, at the places we've been, and the strugtgles we've been through and I figgured with her I can make a while longer. I know this is 3 years later but I just want to thank you. You are a magnificent instrument of God! I don’t care what anyone says about algorithms I thank God for using those too because every time I need something your sermons come up and god speaks through you so clearly to me. I know when it is needed, this will reach your hands and I pray that it brings you as much peace and you bring me from your sermons when I need it. I have always felt alone and struggled with depression and I have a life that would bring so much testimony to God and I am only now realizing that from hearing your messages. I know God is going to make a way for me to share everything he has done for me and I know now I am never alone. I am learning to turn to him when I feel the depression trying to take over I have been leaning into him more and amazingly things start to slowly fall into place. I don’t think you will ever be able to grasp how much you have helped me so thank you
I struggle with a lot too and and I still struggle but it's different now. God really can make ANYTHING HAPPEN. just don't you give up. Those dark days no longer have a hold on you. God is pulling you up through it and out of it. With every darkness there IS a light. You are growing from the hard times you face. Hold that head up high to the Lord because he is transforming you and you are a warrior of the Lord's!

This was for me. I kinda felt like I hear from him say "Shay this is a process". My husband and I separated last year and I told God I didn't want him back until he was changed by you. I was praying that prayer bc I felt like I couldn't handle the chaos we went through before. God saved, baptism me and filled me with the Holy Ghost. He came back the same way, and I have been feeling like " why bring h back the same way". Why get my hopes high just for it to seem like its the same thing. He recently got us kicked out our apartment bc of foolishness. I have definitely been saying "God I didn't ask for this". This sermon cleared up a lot of confusion for me. Thank you so much for being who God needed you to be for us. I know God is working on my marriage bc He already promised me a restored marriage. God will save my husband.

Prayers for your husband to be transformed by the power of God. I was a man bent for destruction until God saved me. I was addicted and homeless. If you would have told my family the week before I was saved or even the months after I was saved that God would be using me and transforming me anew, anew, anew everyday. And now 13 years later I am a family man, a business owner and light in my community they would have laughed at the thought.
Your husband has free will and it will be a process of transforming. I pray He is completely transformed by Gods power and His Grace.

It’s amazing how God is speaking to me, I started a business a year ago and due to the coronavirus I lost it all. I gave up and didn’t want to do another salon ever again. So I went mobile. Then something out of the ordinary happened. One of my clients is opening a plaza and offered me to open my salon there. I couldn’t believe it because the price that she is charging me is unbelievable!!! I know this is from God!! They are building it from scratch and the owner is willing to do advertising for me so I can build again!!! I really didn’t ask for this at all!!! But God has a plan for me!!! Amen 🙏🏼🙌🏼😭😭😭

Dont lose hope, stand on Gods promises. I too have been asked to leave for a second time. I'm not all of the problem, but.... I was neglectful and silent on many things because I let fear and the devil talk me out of just even speaking with my partner in life. I'm hurt and ashamed of myself, but I wont stay in that shame or hurt. I'm leaving it as Gods feet and I'm going to get back on my path I shouldn't have strayed from long ago. I can sit here in sorrow and look at all the could of, should of, would of, but I wont. I will learn to love myself and to love God so I can love my children the way I need to! Sarah may never forget how I treated her out of resentment because of what I felt I wasnt getting from her. You see instead of leaning on her or anyone I know I should have leaned on God long ago. So I will, and I know I'll make mistakes. I know I am not perfect, but I dont need to be because the author of life will write my story for me! I pray for faith to be bestowed upon you , I pray for love for yourself and for the greatest thing of all! I pray you have the most fulfilling relationship with Jesus and you give all of yourself to him. Dont sweat the small things, jesus won the battle for us as soon as he got on that cross. I pray that in jesus mighty name.

It always feels like you clear a path straight to the middle of my heart.
Last year I lost my baby and it was so hard for me and my husband to handle that loss we turned to God after loosing her. After coming closer to God this year I found out I was given a second chance to be a mother. It's taking a lot of faith to put my life and the baby growing in my womb life in his hands. She's due this November and despite my poor health, God has blessed my baby with amazing health and the doctors are amazed. She is so healthy and I can't wait to meet her this coming fall.

As a woman who is getting a divorce next week, suffers from depression and depends on other children of GOD to do only GOD can do, this sermon speaks volumes to me. I just prayed today and told GOD that I leave everything in GOD’s hands. Only GOD knows what I need and how to deliver that need. Preparing for surgery again so I can try to have a baby for the third time, I’m scared but I know GOD is with me. I leave the disappointment of 2 back to back miscarriages in GODs hands. I don’t know what GOD is about to do in my life, but I trust him. I trust him with everything in me. I also want to gain hope again as well as peace with my situations that only GOD can fix. I may feel alone but this sermon was for me.

Here we are on April 2. , 2024 and our world is in a horrible mess. Hopefully Jesus will come soon. I least my full leg almost 2 years ago. I need help but try to do as I i can. My husband is a drug addict and leaves for days or weeks at a time. I'm sitting here watching this old show from the pandemic. God is so good and takes such good care of me. At work I may seem like I have everything going for me, but in private I struggle with deep grief, although my faith falters daily God has never forsaken me, and I pray that He will take this pain from me when I am ready to give it to Him and by His stripes may heal me from all the pain I have been carrying, Amen - thank you Pastor Steven for this word for it is truly my word
First time I “met” Pastor Steven was about 10 years ago when I heard “Brave the waves”. Never heard such a Pastor but immediately I felt drawn to him. As if I always knew him & was happy to reunite again. I will always remember that feeling of hearing that message. This message right here is giving me the same reaction. I hear it on such a high vibrancy. It comforts me because in my daily life I feel alone with my thoughts, my efforts, my vision, my ground. To know such an amazing Pastor & to witness such an amazing union between him & Holly.. fills my heart on a level they will never understand. The Lord sent me a special needs son. At 13 he doesn't yet left his head or sit up. He doesn't yet speak, but he is filled with so much joy and exuberance for life. His name is Eamon (like Amen) I haven't stopped believing or trusting. This is our day!

As a man dealing with the loss of a loved one, my first thought was the sermon was about the love between a couple. But after watching the sermon, I realized it was about God speaking to me personally, as He always has. Pastor Steven Furtick, I am so grateful to have been introduced to your church and how your church gifted me my first bible. The word of God will flow through me as my purpose is to serve the will of God. Praise Jesus.

This was for me. I am currently going thru a very painful divorce, I recently found out a week ago I am pregnant with our first baby but when I told him...his pride did not leave him. I have been going thru major depression and praying to god for months to give my husband a change of heart. Pray for me everybody!! I hope my baby gets the chance to grow up having both parents in a loving household. I will let god do his own thing and I’ll be outside the door from now on 😔

This was for me. Last night I didn't want to continue living. But this hasn't been a one time occurance. I have lost so many, I have lost so much. Everytime I get up I fall back down. Lately I feel like God has been speaking to Pastor Furtick about my situation. Every sermon speaks right to my heart and right to my situation. The lonely place. The bleeding daughter. Don't give up. I've been alone all year, I have lost my family, I have lost my bestfriends, I have lost my health and my dreams. Last night I said, For Pastor Steven, I will keep going. Because I know God has spoken to him about me and I know he cares. Earlier before this happened I told God to wrap Pastor Steven in his love and hug him and give him all his love to let him know he is loved. I know that when Pastor Steven prayed for someone to put him on someones mind, it was mine, and when he said to put someone on his mind, it was me. Thank you Pastor Steven and GOD BLESS YOU. forever and always. Paul and Silas. One together as the church, where two or more are gathered. I pray with my whole spirit that this world will change. I know you are a part of it. I know I am as well. I pray every person sees the glory of God, the love of God and Jesus his son who was sent here to save us. I love you Pastor Steven and thank you for every single thing you do. It mattered to me.
