- How to make a Paper Crown and an example of how to customise the crown for the right party occasion! :-)
This video is a tutorial for using a free decoration DIY template that can be found over here at the Assembli website:

with this template you can make a basic paper crown in 2 sizes. I decided to make a small one ( the base is 11cm for the small one). All instructions and info can be found in the template. Go get’m! :-)

This is awesome. Just what I was looking for! Where did you find the round wooden ring? And what kind of glue did you use. One more question, on the website where the template it there is a shiny gold crown, where did you get the paper from and did you have to run it through a copier to get the template on the gold paper?
omg! totally missed your comment :( sorry! But to reply: the wooden ring comes from a hobby/crafts shop in Holland (Pipoos was the shop’s name) and the golden paper was bought in an art/craft suplies shop (van Beek Art in netherlands) :) I run it through the copy machine but don’t take to heavy paper because else the copier gets jammed. you can always trace the parts onto other paper by hand but thats more work

What kind of paper was used? Will i get the same quality woth regular printer paper?
160 grams paper, regular printer paper is too thin for a good result :) You will need about double that paper weight. Enjoy!
