You said enough positive things about that wheel that confirms my purchase. This wheel is perfect for inner city riding, errands and commutes. I recently got caught in the rain and the wheel performed perfectly. I learned on a A2 but was feeling every thing on the road. I purchased a T4 Pro+ which is my main wheel now until I get a 20" EUC. So yeah the Falcon is my bodega wheel, perfect for getting things done with out having to use the car.
Thank you for thorough review and thoughts! After many years on Inmotions/Kingsongs this is the first Begode I ordered. Finally some decent quality, waterproofing and just as you pointed out, there is no any other wheel like this! Exactly fits my "around the block" needs.
Hi Tim, nice to see the man behind the profile who seems to have ridden every EUC and all their variations. Hope to see more of your reviews! The Falcon with knobbies is my 3rd EUC, and intended to replace my MCM5v2. Size and portability wise, it's small enough, not bad carrying up/down stairs. Ride wise, it feels like a much bigger wheel. I think it's a bit top heavy so not such a great street wheel, but awesome on trails. I think my MCM5v2 and S18 are much smoother rides when carving, probably due to lower pedals. I took off my pedal shims which seems to help a bit. The suspension design needs work, it's hard to find a good setting.
Thanks. I don’t have a car and sometimes need to rent a car and ride to the pickup location. Having a wheel like this would be perfect for a few miles in the city. Lightweight, powerful, with suspension.
Excellent review I agree with the majority. However, I think this is an amazing wheel small company with expect suspension capable of 30miles perfect commuter wheel. I think you fail to see the real potential of this wheel I've now done 500miles on it and I can safely say it's the only wheel I fully trust with not needing full body armour. I do not consider not wearing gear. However, for me it's predictable reliable fully waterproof and awesome. That's my honest considered opinion.
Hah, it was a spin out on dirt, you are correct about top speed being 31 mph. In fact, 31 mph is possible between 100-80% battery, afterward, the speed alarm will come on at 28 MPH.
dang, only 20~24 miles? thats sad really. the description on onewheels says 35~40 miles 😭 i get about 20 miles on the V10F. wanted to get the bgode falcon cuz i thought it was going to be a little more mileage, at least 10 more miles, but if not then rip
I am looking for a wheel that I can use to have fun on technical trails. This is not something I will do often, so not looking to spend a lot. These trails are a maximum of 6 miles long, but with switchbacks and lots of corners with short straights. I was looking at the T4 or S16, but should I look at the Falcon to?
As a potential first-time rider weighing 155 pounds, I am contemplating the suitability of the Falcon as a beginner's wheel. I would appreciate your expert opinion on whether the Falcon aligns with my learning objectives and physical attributes.
I think Falcon is a good first wheel, it's not too tall of a suspension wheel to make it hard to learn, and not that heavy either. It definitely can take a beating with stock pads installed. If you decide to go for a Falcon, I recommend choosing the knobby tire, because I've talked to a few owners and they all said the knobby rides more stable. I like the street tire (Mine have street tire) but it definitely does not like to go in a straight line.
Falcon is pretty torquey, I have no issue scaling curb and 3-4 inches high obstacles, as well as jump up curbs. I can definitely overpower my Falcon in a hard lean however, so I would say comparing to old 100v wheels, this wheel have the torque of somewhere between C30 and C38 RS.
The advertised range is always in the best possible scenario (110-120 lbs rider, riding at 10-15 mph steady pace). On the range test, I hit speed beeps multiple times and maintained above 20 mph as much as possible, so I'm not surprised the range is worse.
@@RideEUC too bad you don’t have the Falcon anymore otherwise if you do the same range test in the winter, the shorter range due to the cold weather would be quite interesting
Yea, ewheels are a bit on the shady side. I wrote a very indepth review on my master v2 and they would not post it because It was a truthful review and not 5 stars. Gotten 2 weeks from them and if I buy another it won't be from them.
if this wheel cost 1000 dollars i would be all over it. hell, 1300 id be all over it, but 1700? way hard pass. you can get a t4 pro fully loaded with fairings, seat, power pads, and upgraded pedals for the same price. i had huge hopes for the falcon, i really wanted it, but yeah, no. the falcon is a major hard pass. i cant really see why this wheel is so damn expensive when you can have SO MUCH MORE for the same cost, or even less actually.
Thanks for sharing your opinion. And I agree, I think they banked a lot on the novelty factor of this wheel, it is the first of its kind (100v & suspension 14" wheel) and does ride very differently than other EUCs, but once the honeymoon phase ended, I couldn't help but see that it's very under-specced for the $1700 price tag. The Falcon is pretty solid, but it really need to be cheaper.

Love the video. At 6:03 how did you get 38.1 mph? I thought 31 was the set top speed. Thanks.

Wow! Too many wheels huh! While me trying to get me a Falcon so I could have as backup for my motorsickle rides. I really want that wheel.

I would consider a T4 instead, Falcon is fun for light trails, but anything harder and the wheel will struggle to climb.
Do you think its good choice for 90kg rider? I really thinking about this euc but Im still not sure 🤷🏻♂️

How is the low end torque? One reviewer said it doesnt have the torque of the rs ht.

The range is surprisingly low, way lower than what ewheels is claiming on their page. So weird.

@@RideEUC Too true, its competing against stuff with twice the battery.
