Its not BAD, but it just boring, This season there wasn’t so many twist which I’m fine of , the safety suite was a good twist tho, everything went in favor of Cody from the very start, everyone was literally playing for him, majority always wins which makes it beyond dry and just boring, bc there were more physical comps and most players on the majority alliance were physical players, the outsiders got out pretty easy, in fact the outsiders couldn’t get their shit together, had Nic A, Keesha, David, Ian, Kevin ,Janelle, Kaysar, and Bayleigh all worked together after that first week it would’ve been fun but nope we had to sit through this nightmare, and they couldn’t win comps and that alliance dominated this season without any problems. *Ill give this season a 3/10, not horrible but it earns the title of BEING THE MOST BORING AND PREDICTABLE SEASON IVE EVER WATCHED I didn’t like this season whatsoever, unless ur Cody fans* Only move made this season was Cody taking out Nicole and Da’Vonne using the veto 😂

Day actually ruined both David’s and bays game, she also helped put Tyler in a spot where he wanted to quit, if she only didn’t listen to Nicole and dani then maybe things would have gone differently this season. Also she never even apologized for how she treated David, very surprised that she won AFH when those are the only things she did this season
@@rainischalk-late3540 Da’Vonne put a huge 🎯 on all the Black players in week 2 when she was telling people she would not vote to evict David because he was Black. When you make statements like that you’re asking to be put OTB against another Black person to negate your vote. Da’Vonne was the one Black player who had the most experience going into the season and had the most connections going into the house. Her throwing comps early (and to be fair, Bayleigh was throwing comps too) put them all in danger. Day should’ve realized that she needed to secure her relationship with Enzo more. He was highly annoyed with her for constantly fact checking and not performing well in comps. Cody and Enzo were in the center of Dani & Nicole F (Core 4) and Day & Bay (The Connect). Cody was the head of Core 4 while Enzo was the head of The Connect. If either Day or Bay win a HoH in the first 4 weeks, Enzo takes power away from Cody & they could’ve ousted Dani and Nicole F very early. The Committee never becomes a factor, Tyler is set up better, Jaysar likely makes jury, Enzo has a stronger case to win the game in the end, and Cody has a tougher road to the winner’s circle.
I think that big brother being bad has to be due to the time we are in now. I rewatched bb 12 and everyone is so bitchy, they fight, they play the game. All the players today just play nice with each other, they let huge 6,7,8 person alliances steamroll the game. Especially with an all star cast with a lot of them being social media celebs they have to be on their best behavior and it just makes bland TV.
I watched this season again too see if it was as bad as I thought it was. It was worse! Partially because of the obvious giant alliance. BUT... I give credit to that Cody, Dani, Enzo, Nicole were smart in many aspects. The terrible aspect was half of the cast was HORRIBLE! Not that Nicole Franzel is so cringey. She’s just a dirty player. Not even that Janelle, Kaysar, Keesha were kicked out so early. It was putting unlikeable people like Christmas Nicole A and Memphis and HORRIBLE PLAYERS. Like Kevin, Davonne, Bayleigh, and David. They all blamed them being targeted on being black. But it’s that they suck at the game. Now I love Davonne! But she’s a horrible player. There reads were awful, when Janelle, Kaysar, Ian tried to help them and form something the responses were baffling.
Maybe you could do a video about how you think America would have voted if they had to choose the winner. Just thinking back to BB11 when America got to vote after Chima was ejected.
Can’t understand why Julie is getting so much flack this season. Am I missing something ? If you notice how limited she is, when she says things without saying too much. I feel like production told her not hit on too many things cause she was hardly ever direct.
Only good things: Jaysar winning safety suite Day winning veto Da’Vonne using the veto and everyone being upset Cody cutting Nicole DAVONNE WINNING AFP! 🌟 Everything else: 🗑
@@Iukeafk big brother is about what you enjoy. If you like certain people it’s more fun to see the, succeed. If one side of the house wins everything it’s boring to watch. I agree with this list a lot. I also enjoyed the perjury and I like that Cody won, he deserved it.
For me this season had some real all stars, like Janelle, Ian, Dani, Kaysar, Enzo, Nicole F, Keesha, Memphis, Cody, Davonne, Tyler, and kinda Kevin, Christmas and Nicole A
The choice to evict Tyler was not a misstep, Tyler would have possibly won Final 5 HOH, bad for Cody. Also, Tyler got far bc of The Committee with a lot of protection from Cody & Enzo (they were soft targeting him against Dani & Memphis but wanted to drag him a lot longer) as he was never gonna target them early on, so when he started throwing Cody UTB it sealed the deal for him bc that's the guy that kept him protected.
I see your argument. If they keep tyler @ final 6.@ 5 final Him or Memphis wins hoh. They put the other up plus nicole. Cody and enzo saves nicole. At final four they take out that person. This makes cody win less competition dependent. Up to that point cody was relying on nicole to win final 5 hoh. That's the only scenario he doesn't touch the block. The other way he is safer.
The season was bad because of how the gameplay played out. Not the cast. Not production. The committee dominating ruined the game because of how good they actually were.
Well Julie Chen is married to one of the big guys on CBS, so she got her position on lock. I do like Julie Chen as a host, and I really liked her quotes at the end of each live eviction. It was her way of showing her support of BLM and showing light in the midst of the pandemic. Just my opinion though.
Cody is the BEST all around player in big brother history hands down. Like he was good with endurance, physical, and mental/memory comps like the full package. He was great with strategy, good socially. Cody did it all period. Once he won the first HoH I knew he was going to win the game. He ran every HoH every house vote to the final 2. Amazing phenomenal game play, and player period‼️
Cody is not #1. He goes up if anyone outside of the committee alliance wins HOH. He gets very lucky at F7 that Dani ruined her relationship with Tyler to the point where he wants her out, He gets very lucky at F5 that Nicole wins HOH and is dumb enough to not put him up. he gets very lucky throughout the game. He’s not better than Dan or Paul bb19
@@accessdenied2474 this version of cody was slightly less strategic but has a better social game and much better and comps. Cody's winning game is greater.
But in the plus column, I give huge props to CBS for going ahead and giving us a season in the middle of a pandemic, and keeping the players healthy and safe within the house. Kudos for that!
Honestly for me this season peaks at the triple eviction, 3 amazing and entertaining players go out and once we hit Final 6 the season FUCKING DRAGS! Srsly this has gotta be the most blandest homestretch in a BB season in history!
Finally, an accurate depiction and an unbiased review of BB22. I agree with your take on each player and I agree on the pregaming aspect. Cody's game was interesting to watch for some us live feeders who love strategy, his game was nuanced- he made subtle moves & had his hand in every eviction without ever getting blood, a testament to his social game. He positioned himself in such a way that everyone felt they had him on their team and he kept his allies close whilst allowing them to target each other- so that he remained in the middle. He also wins comps- mental, skill, & physical and this is where his game is better than Derrick's- comp wins Would have been fun to see an outsider win and see him squirm but based on everything I've witnessed- his reads, his ability to take calculated risks, his social maneuvering and his ability to take in information, not react and use that information at key moments to benefit his game, is why he's a highly underrated but skilled BB player. I would personally rate these seasons lower: 1,2,9,15,19,21. Predictable is easier to watch than bullying and bigotry IMO.
i feel like they didn’t really give us to many intersecting players like it was really only day, bay, and jennelle like paul and josh would have brought fun to the game
good gameplay to take out nicole because nicole is a much better player than enzo but oh my god i felt so bad for her. most blindsides happen mid game to final 4 but to get blindsided by your #1 ally at final 3 is crazy.
I do KIND of feel bad for her, I mean getting taken out third, very close to final 2, by ur number 1 ally is definitely gonna sting, but as a person I just really think she deserves it
Yea and survivor has the overall better idea to the show because it’s a lot more easy to dominate big brother than survivor where things are always changing
To be fair big brother COULD be the better show if production focused on casting competent players rather than big characters & stopped throwing in terrible twists just for the sake of being zany like if they actually put careful thought into the twists they add & cast people who are entertaining AND at least semi competent the show would be EXPONENTIALLY improved
I'm disappointed in Tyler had big hopes for him he is a comp beast social game on point but he was always talking about his girl and missing her like bro focus 500,000 on the line

The constant and lengthy feed cuts absolutely ruined this season. The cast was wholly unlikable but could have still found something enjoyable if the feeds were ever on.
How do you say this is 1 of the worse seasons of BB but Put Cody in your top winners. He played with a bunch of duds. He could have slept the whole season and still won. They should have just mailed him the check and spared us the season
Are u slow? There is so much wrong with this comment. First of all, the enjoyment of the season and the gameplay of the winner aren’t correlated concepts. This season was pretty boring to watch, but Cody undeniably played the best game of Big Brother ever played. So while the season itself is pretty meh, Cody’s game is absolutely brilliant. He ran the entire show from start to finish without much trouble at all, and was able to masterfully position himself, execute his optimal move at every round, get to the end with people that he could beat and would take him to final 2, and the jury wanted to vote for him. It was nearly flawless. Also, to say that he played with “a bunch of duds” is insanity. It’s literally Big Brother All-Stars 2. It’s a cast of all returnees, with a fairly good chunk of solid-great players, the best of which including Tyler, Nicole, Memphis, and Kevin. There have been very few casts that have had as many good players as this cast did, yet Cody was able to completely dominate this game in a way we’ve rarely ever seen. You seem extremely ignorant in this comment. I’d rethink a lot about ur perspective on the game as a whole
I feel to balance out comps have the HoH on 1 week be physical PoV be mental reverse it the next week that way all sorts of people earn HoH unlike us getting Cody, Tyler, Memphis, Nicole F, Dani, Christmas, Enzo being the only ones winning HoH
(Aware this is quite late) but if this was the case the game could be broken in a similar fashion, but just having a major alliance split between great mental competitors and physical competitors. The game of BB is still broken and the solution to it is likely going to have to be outside the box
@@accessdenied2474 Yep. All but 1, although 15,19, and 21 suck a LOT, I say season 22 was worse. 19 was similar to this one, but wayyyy more entertaining. 21 was terrible terrible terrible, but had a few entertaining moments. 15 sucked a lot but I would still say it is better than 22
People hated it because of the predictability of it all and that there was no power shift this whole game. It was just depressing to watch. That and the whole controversy with Nicole F and people involved in the Ian situation just frustrated a lot of people.
I’m with you, if people only watch Big Brother for it to be entertaining, then it won’t be good. But for those who enjoy the idea of the game, this season was quite good.
bayleigh also did have an actual alliance with Convictmas if u watched the feeds.... so there was an alliance that Convictmas broke with Bayleigh and the personal game information of it all was how Bay told Convictmas that she would not go after Da'Vonne bc she is another black woman and that keeps getting overshadowed as if it is a fault in bayleigh's game

@@chuckjokic4557 I don’t think she’s bad at being a host, but you’re right that she doesn’t understand big brother lol. Her robotic awkwardness can be endearing.
I’d end up giving it a 2/10 This entire season was tarnished from the very beginning with all the rumors and pre gaming going along, but as we’ve seen before, pregaming doesn’t ever turn out and just vanishes in the end. Not in this case. BB22 is the epitome of how everything can go wrong in a season. Boring gameplay, almost half the cast was unlikable, and everyone admitting to the new meta and not doing anything about it was infuriating. Nothing ever went right and it never got to be that way. I can’t believe it takes an All Star season to realize how terrible, stale, and disappointing Big Brother can be when the cards aren’t played right. Nothing went right... Except 1 thing Davonne winning AFP and her final eviction speech. For that reason alone it gets a 2/10 instead of 0/10.
I agree. Entertainment wise this season was a let down bc of the sheer dominance of the majority. However, at least Cody and Enzo were the final two. It would have been SO much worse if Xmas won the final veto, sent Cody home, and Nicole wins over xmas at the end. That would put it as the worst season for me.
@@devondonato4609 I agreed with that point. I’m saying that even tho we had a boring season dominated by two players, at least those two players were the final two and cody won deservingly.
This was my first big brother season live but I’ve been watching survivor for 6 years and onestly out of all the other 7 big brother seasons I’ve watched 12 13 14 17 18 19 20 and this season was better then 19 13 12 and 18 but 18 was close

My assessment of the Season: Enjoyment Rating: 6/10 Gameplay Rating: 8.5/10 Yeah, it was a very boring season. The Committee dominated competitions and Cody destroyed this game. But, from a gameplay aspect, watching Cody play was thrilling. Seeing how he weaved between Final 2s and masterfully set up his endgame was phenomenal. I was rooting for a Cody win since Episode 1, and he really proved himself as one of the best players this game has seen, and played the single best game this show has seen. Enzo played so much better as well. Nicole F and Memphis were big surprises for how well they played. Sad seeing my favs (Bayleigh, Janelle, Kaysar, Keesha) go in Pre-Jury, but it was still great watching the gameplay. The comps used to be balanced week by week. They changed it up between endurance, skill, and mental. Now it almost comes off like the comps are made for what each hgs skills are. Comps used to be way more fair then they are today. Production has helped select houseguests cheat on comps by giving them the answers. They also stopped a comp in BB16 to help Frankie win Battle of The Block. Production has no choice of who wins. But they do rig it keep a select few of people around.
Here's the thing: Because the players all know each other, the drama of living with complete strangers and the tensions that build from that are gone. Having a fresh set of faces each season makes playing field from the beginning is pretty much equal. No one knows each other, no one is a target from the start until the houseguests enter the house and the first HOH is crowned. The choice of the cast had questionable decisions. David should have been on a second chances season, Memphis was a complete ass the entire season and Christmas was well... Christmas! She was fine until the fight she had with Da'Vonne and Baileigh. I was rooting for Da and Bay the entire time when both of them were in the house and they made the season good in terms of drama and they are one of my favourite duos to playing along with Janelle and Kaysar. I know COVID affected everything but having pre-existing relationships makes a boring season overall. I really wanted Janelle, Kaysar, Dani, David, Da'Vonne and Bayleigh to work together but that never happened due to how the events unfolded throughout the season. If Janelle and Kaysar kept their mouths shut and floated throughout the first few weeks, they could have been able to form proper game relationships in the pre-jury and pull a Kevin Martin on Big Brother Canada 5 and steamrolls in the jury phase. I mean a great what-if scenario... They knew before the game started that they will enter the house as targets which sucked.
Yet cody did something no one but dans been able 2 do & thats win unanimously not 2 mention codys the ONLY person 2 EVER play a perfect game of bb not even will or derrick could win unanimously & dan was targeted a LOT n bb10 & couldve been the 1st boot not 2 mention the jury was saltier than a bag of pretzels @ dan & if it wasnt 4 him having WAY more time 2 explain his game & memphis giving such a trash performance dan more than likely DOESNT win unanimously so codys CLEARLY the GOAT he says himself that his 1st time playing he had 0 strategy & was just enjoying the social experiment whereas this time he used his full potential & proved hes the GOAT

HOW THE HELL IS THIS OVER AN HOUR?
Can you do a top 10 worst players ranking

no one is going to beat jacob heald of BB9
Day actually ruined both David’s and bays game, she also helped put Tyler in a spot where he wanted to quit, if she only didn’t listen to Nicole and dani then maybe things would have gone differently this season. Also she never even apologized for how she treated David, very surprised that she won AFH when those are the only things she did this season
How did she ruin Bayleigh chances? David I can understand but why Bayleigh?
Da did apologize to David.

Only good things:
Jaysar winning safety suite
Day winning veto
Da’Vonne using the veto and everyone being upset
Cody cutting Nicole
DAVONNE WINNING AFP! 🌟
Everything else: 🗑

The other way he is safer.
david was like adam in WaW this season i would love to see both of them back
The season was bad because of how the gameplay played out. Not the cast. Not production. The committee dominating ruined the game because of how good they actually were.

They need to have the hitmen and chilltown return as coaches
That could never happen because chilltown is never going to be back together

Well Julie Chen is married to one of the big guys on CBS, so she got her position on lock. I do like Julie Chen as a host, and I really liked her quotes at the end of each live eviction. It was her way of showing her support of BLM and showing light in the midst of the pandemic. Just my opinion though.
She didn't show any direct support for BLM at all. She became a born-again Christian over the past couple of years.
Dan and Dr. Will the GOAT Category, Derrick and Cody below them.
But in the plus column, I give huge props to CBS for going ahead and giving us a season in the middle of a pandemic, and keeping the players healthy and safe within the house. Kudos for that!
The story of the season: something interesting almost happened each week, but alas, nope
He also wins comps- mental, skill, & physical and this is where his game is better than Derrick's- comp wins
Would have been fun to see an outsider win and see him squirm but based on everything I've witnessed- his reads, his ability to take calculated risks, his social maneuvering and his ability to take in information, not react and use that information at key moments to benefit his game, is why he's a highly underrated but skilled BB player.
I would personally rate these seasons lower: 1,2,9,15,19,21. Predictable is easier to watch than bullying and bigotry IMO.

Another reason why Survivor will always be the better show, the host never got old even after 20 years.
Yea and survivor has the overall better idea to the show because it’s a lot more easy to dominate big brother than survivor where things are always changing
Julie will never get old to me
I still like Big Brother Survivor will always be my favourite reality tv show
To be fair big brother COULD be the better show if production focused on casting competent players rather than big characters & stopped throwing in terrible twists just for the sake of being zany like if they actually put careful thought into the twists they add & cast people who are entertaining AND at least semi competent the show would be EXPONENTIALLY improved
I'm disappointed in Tyler had big hopes for him he is a comp beast social game on point but he was always talking about his girl and missing her like bro focus 500,000 on the line
I liked the video I agree with most of your points. I feel boston rob played a more dominant game than Kim
Except that kim ruled thru love rob ruled thru fear kim made the majority of the jury adore her & actively want to vote for her rob simply gave the jury no choice but to vote for him the jury were PRAYING that they wouldn't have to vote for rob but he correctly realized that natalie & phillip were the easiest people to beat from the start & dragged them to the end so the jury had no choice but to vote for rob

This season was terrible
Since the beginning

I feel to balance out comps have the HoH on 1 week be physical PoV be mental reverse it the next week that way all sorts of people earn HoH unlike us getting Cody, Tyler, Memphis, Nicole F, Dani, Christmas, Enzo being the only ones winning HoH
(Aware this is quite late) but if this was the case the game could be broken in a similar fashion, but just having a major alliance split between great mental competitors and physical competitors. The game of BB is still broken and the solution to it is likely going to have to be outside the box
Julie's hosting has actually gotten worse over the years. She used to be a good host but the last few seasons, she has been very odd.

Yeah, it was a very boring season.

To sum up the whole season..............
It was fucking boring. Bad HoH’s.
I would rate it 2nd worst only in front of season 9.
Tyler’s a top 10 player for sure maybe 5 he deserves a Win
Here's the thing:
Because the players all know each other, the drama of living with complete strangers and the tensions that build from that are gone.
