I buy the paper towel holders all the time. They are handy for several things. The latest set got used for a metal entryway door. I had those cheap magnets and plastic rod holding the curtain up. They keep falling off so I took the knobs off the paper towel holders and got a small aluminum rod. You can open and close that curtain all day long and it has yet to fall down.
My man...hey, thank you for this. I pop in and out...not always time to say "thank you" but seriously...thank you. You've been a blessing. Thank you, sir.
Thanks Bear. I recently bought the green 4 drawer tech cart (on sale) and was looking at the side shelf and parts tray/screwdriver holder. I was able to get both U.S. General pieces on the same coupon. That saves me going out tomorrow in less than pleasant conditions.
I bought 7 items priced less than $10 and used the 30% off coupon. The guy running the register checked and all the items were discounted on this one purchase.
I'd just like to let you know that one of my kids just yelled to their siblings "Leave Dad alone, he's watching his tool teddy bear again." On a side note ... I use the U.S. General paper towel roll holder, "spray can" holder, tray and surge bar all magnetically attached to the side of my fridge. They work perfectly for making the limited space between my fridge and sink more functional.
Cheaper version on the multi rail socket tray. I went to my local metal supply and got a thin sheet of steel, cut it to fit my top drawer, bought a bunch of the cheap socket rails and riveted them to it and I paid about $40 to do the whole drawer. That way you don't have to drill any hole is your box or pay out the ass for socket rails.
Thanks for the tip about the Tekton sockets not fitting the socket trays. I've been wanting to upgrade my sockets to Tekton. I'll have to figure out another option for organization. I've got a bunch of these accessories already, but I'm really holding hope that some day they will make a green power strip to match my cart.

I have one of those paper towel holders but it’s a tool shop but it’s the exact same thing pretty much they don’t stick that well to your toolboxes from what I found it’s hard to explain if you were trying to show someone but if you’re actually using it they always fall off
Better to stick with the factory charger those chargers generally dont stop charging if theres a problem the possibilty of destoying your phone is there not to mention Constant rapid charging will shorten your batterys life span
Hi Jeff, I think it might make an interesting idea for a video to see the best price on these US General accessories compared to today's prices with the discount. I remember a lot were $9.99 and when the next 30% coupon came out price went up to $11.99 so they didn't qualify anymore. Just a idea?? Thanks again for sharing your thoughts and videos Rodney
I wonder if the US General 30% coupon can be applied to the side locker or, even better, the side chest. I definitely consider them accessories. Also, I don't usually care for tool sets either. However, I know plenty of "road service" guys and girls that swear by the Pittsburgh sets. Their reasoning is that 1) If you break something, you just take it in and get a new one, 2) If you lose a ratchet (or anything else) in the dark of night, in the dead of winter, you can buy a whole new set for a fraction of the tool truck price of the lost tool.
I always suggest a tool kit, because you can buy a lot of things like sockets or ratchets cheap.. after you factor in the price break down. Then, you buy whatever else you need.
Try Tekton. Some things I'll give it you gotta get at Harbor Freight.. mallets, screw trays.. cheap stuff you don't count on. My sockets and drives need to be correct.
@@rchavez5056 Like what? This comes with a one year, instant in-store replacement. All others have to be taken or worse shipped to a service center and then you get to wait weeks, sometimes months, to get it back and then only if they agree it's under warranty. DeWalt for instance has a 1.2-star rating for its service centers. how exactly is that a "better" warranty?
Question, not pertaining to the accessories. But I have seen a video or two of yours show a coupon for the us general tool cabinets. Is that a thing anymore? Is there anyway to get the toolboxes with a coupon? I’m looking at the 26” rolling cabinet. Thanks!
@Flat Bastard Engineering Channel they're showing it in a shallow drawer. The photo is insinuating it'll fit. There are people out there that'll believe it will just from that.
I used to go nuts on HF free items - like it was my religion. I have a huge supply of the bar magnets (love them) and the magnetic parts trays. Whenever I need one I just pull it out of my Personal Freight Storage. I hope HF returns to the good old days of having such great freebies.
@The Den of Tools. Hey Red. Is it just me or do the handles on some of those screwdrivers @16:49 look like bears? That's okay. Some of your fans are noticing some strange things coming out of your mouth on this video. We both must need more sleep. You can nap for a while now that Jeff posted this video (after all, he did say you were "talent"). Thanks guys for putting this out so we can save some money. Hope you, Jeff, and your families stay safe and well. Shine on!
I just found you and love the content im seeing. I love your "gimmick" (not ment in an any offensive way) the bear is awesome. I was watching you test the 🔧 s and found myself wishing you had paws and not hand lol.
Regarding the lower cost toolkits, that 130-Piece one (16:10) is truly best avoided. I'm not some ultra-picky handtool snob, but it's full of really dreadful stuff that looks like it was machined by volunteers from the Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind out of recycled cat food cans still smelling vaguely of tuna. In contrast, what's in that 105-Piece kit with the 4-Drawer Case (16:45) really ain't half bad at all for just a few bucks more. It's actually a fine and handy little automotive kit for regular maintenance stuff. I've got a couple of those 105ers stowed here and there, and they regularly go on sale all on their own. With a 20% Off coupon look to pay in the mid-$30 range. Just remember: "130 Kit BAD, 105 Kit GOOD"
I’ve had the 301 piece tool set for well over a year other then the combination wrenches being of very low quality I’ve set has been good the box has started to deteriorate. I’ve had it in my HVAC&R service van as expansion to my service bag it has had lots of bouncing around.
Lol I can't say with certainty that I have ever lost a 10mm socket in my life, probably when I was young and dumb, but I have lost a few 11mm sockets in the past

You can place the bit holder on the side of your draw to safe space, especially in deep draws.

Are they ever going to put another coupon out for the Hercules chop saw? or are those promo's pretty much done?

just got the Us General 5 drawer tool cart. Used a hidden coupon on the database and got $50 off. I paid $199 + tax.
I need 30% off the plasma cutter . What is the deal with the price on it .

The 30% coupon code isn’t working for the cabinet accessories, just the wrench holder. Am I doing something wrong?
Hey bear just tried this coupon code online for the Pitts 105 pc set and it doesn’t apply

do you need this coupon for ITC members?
Some addon's for my new tool cart!! I am out the door.

Which will help me FIND my ¼" 10mm socket?!?
My 30% coupon said 30% off on stuff under $10.00.

I still only see the one for items under $10.. Drats.

Dang it! I was sleeping on this deal. I didn't get a chance to make it out to Harbor Freight before the 18th!! 🤬🤬
Yeah, he only gave us a day after the video posted
The plier rack is great, the wrench rack sucks. 30% off is a great deal, I have several of the magnetic accessories.
Never understood why the 225 piece set has better ratchets than the 301 piece set.
Your NOT my Daddy? LOL
Thanks for your post Bear!
Anyone know if the 5 under $30 still allows unlimited items in store? used to be the 5 item limit didn't really apply in store.
The coupon says limit five in store and limit one online.
The magnets on the 2 piece wrench organizer are nowhere near strong enough if you have a liner in your drawer
Yeah those things are terrible. They flopped over every single time I opened my wrench drawer. I kept them for about a week before I tossed them.
Mine worked great but I replaced my standard drawer liners with a coat of truck bed liner, same with the rubber mat on the top
