I am ashamed of myself for not appreciating LeBron's talent during his Heat days. He grew on me when he returns to Cleveland and beat the 73-9 Warriors and now that I fully appreciate what he's done for the game, I can see that his Heat days were the greatest basketball seasons he's played

Only thing thats stopped him from consistently being considered the GOAT. The inability to get that midrange consistently (although, we've seen it in times like against Celtics 2012, Spurs 2013, 2018 post-season) has hurt him in late game execution because he has to rely on teammates hitting open shots vs grabbing them himself.
