Sisak I was operated by the Germans, whereas Sisak II was administered by the Ustaše, with some German gendarmes guarding its perimeter.

Yeah but only serbs managed to purge all the jews and reported it to the führer, as the second completely jewfree city in europe, serbs didn't go thru any war in their history without commiting the worst atrocities, so there's that.
What's even worse they now have rehabilitated and celebrate that chetnik movement.
