Problem is this guy talks about cutting a turkey on thanks giving for selling an apartment in “Ghansoli” . The problem with this people is that in their head they are americans when in reality they may be staying in a rented place in far corner of Belapur.
Finally someone good hired by G&S.... this guy oozes confidence and easily makes us interested in the property..no stupid and out of place dressed girls from this team this time....Indias smartly dressed answer to NYs Eric coroner.. 👍

Well the owners can take the furniture with them. Pricing is exorbitant. Listings should be reasonable and fair to all parties involved. As their agent it is your duty to show your clients the reality.

Navi Mumbai is fast-spreading its wings coming off to becoming a place at par with the suburbs of Mumbai. I still feel the opening bidding price could be a tad-bit too much to ask for, or at-least begin the sales-purchase conversation. Never-the-less, Ayush, what a fabulous host and such knowledge on how to use your words that impersonates your thoughts almost manifesting into your viewers minds. But, at times, viewers like me, who tend to give you undivided division, is capable is making notes of some phrases or words that, if understood by someone as attentive like me, could possible sound funnily sarcastic. to give you an example, when you were touring the Walking wardrobe of the Master bedroom, you commented on the body sized mirror "you also have a full body mirror, in case you want to check yourself out, IF YOU'RE INTO SUCH A THING" hahahahaha... I found it funny but it may not go down so well with all if I may say. Any who, for me, the house was an 8 on 10 and you my hot eye candy were 100 on 10... I manipulate the measuring rules for you... hahahaha. I do want to meet you in person someday... JUST YOU! 😙
