If you want to experience true spiritual process, take to Isha Yoga 🧘♂️🌟🙏💕 these beliefs in god, heavens won't help u reach the divine. 3) why can't you close your eyes, memorise,repeat with 'Trikarana suddhi' !

3) IN THE THIRD STAGE THE SADHAKA CHANTS SILENTLY ,ITS CALLED AJAPA,
4) WHEN YOU REACH THE LAST STAGE YOU NEED NOT CHANT , THE MANTHRA GETS SYNCHRONIZED WITH YOUR BREATH.
