There is the Rocksteady version that was recorded in 1967 and the second version for the Catch A Fire album that was recorded in 1972. That song was played lived by the Wailers in 1973 at the Old Grey Whistle Test for the BBC in London.

I notice people with free form locs doesn’t get lined up. Why is that? I’m thinking about free forming but I still want to go to the shop an get lined up.
I had colon cancer and almost died from colon cancer and I didn't have to go through chemo therapy and I never lost my dreads and I can't tell you how many people said that I looked like bob marley . But I believe he was hit with the aids virus because that virus was created and had a patent back in the mid to later 70s . I seen video footage of bob in February of 81 and he still looked healthy but in 3 months he went downhill that quick ??? I don't think so and definitely not from any cancer . It's like the same situation that happened to Eazy E . But I know they won't reopen the case because they knew that the CIA were the ones that killed him . When they sent agents to assassinate bob back in 76 but failed . That's why bob marley didn't call the cops because he knew who tried to kill him back in 76 . They want to have people to believe that he died from cancer and they got people thats portraying to be a friend of bob saying that he indeed had cancer and went through chemo therapy and thats why he lost his hair . But I ain't buying that lie because I know better from experience with cancer and almost died and it was a process on me that took 1 1/2 years for me to make it to my death bed . But thank Jah that I survived the cancer . But these devils need to quit lying and be man enough to just be honest and confess that they killed him
Bob Marley weighed around 80 pounds when he died he lost a lot of weight he was supposed to cut off his toe to save his life but he refused because of the rastafari beliefs
Ironic that your blog would be promoting cannibus when Bob Marley himself was a heavy cannibus user, and in light of the way he died this might give you pause to consider that just maybe cannibus may not be as non detrimental to your health as many think.
