You can always tell when people are new to jetskis, they always go out and but the worst designed anchor possible. Ask any experienced jetski owner and they will all tell you they own a copper anchor and never look back

Why do you need blue rope? If you can just hook up red rope to the front of the jetsky?

It’s just a chane sock they are called got it from my local boat supply shop
You can use an old bike tire tube.
