The ends does not justify the means. If you want Mei to have a cub stressing her out for weeks and now I hear they are sedating her is not the way to go. Mei is not a young panda. She definitely was not ready to give up her cub who by the way she was still nursing. Listen to what Mei wants not do what you want in the name of helping a species. Put yourselves in her shoes!
