I felt the same when I purchased this watch. Irony part is my NOISE caliber watch which costed me 1499/- is way better than this in terms of built quality and functions.

Even I ordered a watch which shows bazel less display in ads and even on box but when I finally got the product it was totally different..
Another issue I have faced personally is from @NOISE :
No NOISE BOX no REPLACEMENT. Even though if you have PURCHASING BILL, the PRODUCT in WARRANTY, etc. you won't get a replacement if you don't have NOISE BOX in which the product came. Bill isn't important - Box is more important! ONLINE COMPLAINT SERVICE personnel suggested that he had raised a Without Box pickup (but he said I'll have to give it to pickup courier guy in some box so that there's no damage to the product) but courier guy wont pickup until you have the Noise BOX. Service center too doesn't help for giving an alternate box just for the sake of it. Atleast NOISE could have written it on the box somewhere that KEEP THIS BOX or the WATCH WONT BE REPAIRED/REPLACED by NOISE.

Also faced issue regarding the after sales service, I almost gave around 5999 for the watch and that didn't work for atleast 10 days, I gave it to the service center and they kept me running for almost 3 month....and then they gave me a brand new watch and that also was faulty and couldn't reach service call nor email reply....only one way that is service center that is providing me watch after 3 months....is that justice to me and my money...
Same like you i bought ring plus i am facing issues like more than 100 day's
This type of videos should be made by big influencers, but they endorse such brands.

Toh me bata du shayad Fireboltt ke watches durable bhi nahi hai yeh mene notice kiya. 1st time Fireboltt ka watch Phoenix ₹1999 purchase kiya woh 2-3months me screen kharab ho gaye. Company me website pe complaint kiya aur replacement ki jagah coupon diya same price ka yeh bolke ki unke pass same model available nahi hai, jabki online pe check karne par available tha. Usme 20-25din nikal gaye coupon code aane me.
2nd time ₹2000 aur add karke mene website se watch purchase kiya Invincible Plus launch date pe ₹3999 ka. Abhi 1months poora bhi nahi hua tha Invincible plus ka charging port kharab ho gaya. Firse replacement ke liye complaint ki iss baar bhi wohi email replacement ki jagah coupon code diya yeh bolke ki unke pass same model available nahi hai but website pe available hai. Ab Invincible Plus ka rate unfreeze ho gaya hai. Toh uspe ab mera e-mail through chat chaalu hai. Mera toh jaise jabtak warranty hai tab tak aise hi chalta rahega lagta hai. Mera toh money time dono waste ho raha hai. Abhi me 2 smart watch purchase karu yaa same price ka 1? Please advise.

I too am a victim of their misleading marketing bait and no-one made a video about this topic a year ago from now too.
As simple consumers, the best we can do is write a review. So on behalf of all the FireBoltt victims, as you are established in the tech field, I would thank you for spreading the truth so the others in future don't get cheated.

Aur Maine customer care se baat Kiya toh wo bolte hai aap phir se jaaye aur wo location bataye ki 3 service centre hai aap waha waha visit kar sakte hai . Mai gya toh pata chala waha service centre hi nahi hai aaspas baat Kiya toh bole ki service centre kab ka yaha band ho chuka hai aur doosra wala tuh TV sab ka tha . Teesra wahi ka ye incident hai ye sab ho rha hai 😂.Maine toh Ghar aake phone fek diya dustbin m aur decide kiya ki iss brand ka phone hi nahi lena hai
I bought it before 4 months, really I felt got cheated.
Cons:
1. You can't turn off Bluetooth, anyone connect without pairing permission
2. Hanging issue
3. App installed on phone is not functioning properly
4. Thick bassels
5. 12h/24h format got automatically changed

I bought a Fire Bolt visionary, and honestly I am not happy with its features or the looks. Let me also mention that there is no specific protector case or screen guard available for the same.

Boult is somehow good in smartwatch segment. Their Boult Rover is somehow good at the price of 2500 (After Sale discount) and it looks good because they have hidden that black bezel with very beautiful crown which doesn't rotates
I actually don't have that much problem with the bezels (cause the screen size was mentioned), but that exaggerated MRP is a huge scam😅

Thanks for the video. Yes. I have faced the same issue with FireBoltt. The original product is not exactly what shown in the ads and pictures. Which is irritating. That’s the way these brands are doing false marketing which we should be aware of. Anyways. Definitely it’s a fact that all brands are not Apple, Samsung. Apple doesn’t need such fake promotion. It always delivers the best product. And see these brands !! FireBoltt, Noise etc etc…. Fake marketing is the only possible thing by them. Funny enough !! 🤣🤣

I recently faced the same issue. But I forced Amazon to refund it. They kept me waiting for 1 hour for the resolution but finally I was able to persuade about the same. It's picked up yesterday and waiting for the refund.
But this product does not comes under return policy. Only replacement is possible.

I have submitted my watch for replacement porpose at 7-08-2023 at service center of firebolt company
I have not received the replaced watch yet it is more then 17 days
The policy of company is 7-10 days
When I calls on customer care they are answering that"there is stock issue ", " Your watch has submitted for billing purpose ",
Today I have connected with their senior executive also but i am not getting any satisfactory answers
Can you please suggest what I should have to do??

All those so called smartwatches which come under 5k are not technically smartwatches. They are just smart bands in the shape and form of a watch. If you really want a smart watch, then get one which has Andoid or iOS if you are into Apple eco system. Just dont get fooled looking at the price.

Actually, i replaced my smartwatch from them tym of delivery they give me a VIVO charger. I complaint to them but they said you had make foul of us.

Noise is another brand, recently I bought Noise Halo Plus elite blue smart watch, when I received the product the sensors were showing readings on any surface, SPO2, HR, Stress of bed, sofa. I had requested for a replacement, the watch was picked up, took 14 days, and when I received the watch the elite blue changed to elite black without my knowledge and same issue with this one as well. Again they had picked up the product and it is travelling by road. When you purchase the watch, they send the watch by Air. I mean, I couldnt even wear the watch even for a day. The customer support is unresponsive, everytime they will assure you that they will fix the issue, but they dont even check the watch I suppose. I mean inaccurate readings is still ok, but fake sensors and they are advertising the product cost as 8999, so you buy a watch of 8999 with fake sensors attached. I have raised a complain with Indian Consumer helpline as well. Let's see how far it goes. They cannot loot customer's hard earned money. Bhai garibo may dedo, dua milega, but inse watch mat kharido, pastaoge.
I have a bad bad experience about fire boltt. My money almost gone but after lots of struggle i get my money back. And I decided to I never let be cheated my friends by this cheater brand. And I also tag that all brands ambassador on tweeter, IG and FB. That what they are indorse for. I never buy it and never let it by to my friends..

I agree it's wrong, but they are providing so much at such low prices...not going to talk about the health tracking since i don't believe in the accuracy, but the Bluetooth calling and to track time, steps etc....we never complain about apple watches which are 20 to 25 times costlier than these watches, but we end up targeting these small brands....i mean i do realize the value of these observations but m pretty sure nobody would be disappointed after having any of these watches from these small brands....just my opinion

U are somewhere right but i have tried many watches. And I found out that fireboult watches give the best performance. I buyed boat Xtend a year ago abd that watch started facing problems from the day i buyed. Additionally i buyed that watch for ₹2500 but the price mentioned on the box was ₹8000.
So i think that all brands try this thing. Fire boult does it the most. But still its the best.
I have Fireboltt visionary, but for 3800 rupees, it is actually the best option available....

I purchased a fire bolt watch, and my experience is amazing, sound quality, touch screen, everything is great, so I would like to request you to please don't make money from other brands to put down any brand, isme or boat ki watch mei ky difference hai, fire bolt is amazing.
I ordered a fire bolt Talk Go 2 watch (my 1st smart watch) it completely defies all the purposes of a smart watch and infact tho they say it's water proof, it actually no! Worst is I tried to return it and I sent them countless mails which they didn't replied to and didn't even addressed my issue, I literally had to file a complaint in consumer's forum. Then when they accepted the return, my refund took ages to generate. And guys it's been 1 week I still haven't received a single mail regarding my refund amount yet!

Please don't complain on Amazon or Flipkart if the product is not same as image. As Flipkart and Amazon is a platform where products are being sold by the seller. We as a customer service associate has to face these angry customers and there is nothing we can do. I can understand customers face these kind of issues. But, imagine going through the angry customers again and again and again for 9 hours. If you have a complaint, either complain in social media like Twitter or reach out to brand.
