Loved seeing you tackle that epic Appalachian Trail run. Your Yeti 100 training plan sounds intense but super focused. You’re clearly putting in the work and planning every detail - can’t wait to see how your journey unfolds. Keep pushing, and here's to smashing that sub-24-hour goal!
Thank you, Mihai. One of the things I love about running is setting different goals, and then executing. So many challenges, so much to learn. It's the same way in life.
Hope you’re well Reto, you certainly put together some very solid and detailed training plans. I can’t imagine anyone running 100 miles, it’s absolutely remarkable💪⛰️⚙️
That's a pretty aggressive plan but I don't know if you are known to take it easy. A rather quick turn around after the last race also. Keep pounding out those miles Reto. You'll get cross this finish line also. LET"S GO!!!!!
Hello my new friend,I came to watch your training for the marathon. It was a great, beautiful route and a great project. Thank you for sharing, and I wish you much happiness.+Subscribe 🙏🌹❤️🥰 6:05
Once again I'm getting caught up with videos in my long que :) Looks like a great and challenging training plan. I love that you share and describe your plans on your channel; I enjoy seeing the data. Have you done a video yet on your nutrition and meals during a typical training week and also pre-race and during an ultra race? I think nutrition and proper diet is one of the hardest things to figure out for both training and racing.
Thank you for your support and feedback. What a great idea about nutrition. I transitioned from a high carb diet to a keto friendly diet a few years ago, and the benefits and positive impact are amazing. I'd love to share that journey. Thanks again!
I like that idea of tapering quite severely before the race, to make sure you are fresh and recovered. Have you got some ideas for dealing with the back issues?

Damn inspiration right here out there getting it done
Thank you very much!
You are always so well organised, looking great so far, keep it up
Thank you. One of my favorite quotes from Benjamin Franklin "if we fail to plan, we plan to fail." 😂

Hi Andy, happy to see you run your 5 mile trail race. You can do whatever you want to do. 100 miles is achievable. Let's go!

Hey Don, I'm gonna work hard, and that's all we can do. Keep pushing!
Good to see you back at it Reto (actually don't think you've ever stopped after verbia) but here comes the Yeti 😅😅 it's gonna be great 😃😃
Hi Matt, looking forward to the Yeti, it's an awesome race.

@@RunFreeandStrong Awesome, looking forward to learning more about your nutrition!

Thanks Mark. Doing lots of strength exercises for the back, and the b2b long runs should help as well.
