Totally understandable! There's a lot of steps involved in a long and painful process to maybe even get to around a few hundred followers. There are a few who will go so far (like you, LSToast, etc., etc., etc.) and put so much effort in to get hundreds of thousands (to even millions), but at the cost of mental health. TH-cam is a difficult platform to get into, and I totally understand why you've left. I hope you go far in life... ...and i would probably have needed to follow that password advice about 8 years ago
100% TH-cam is difficult to get into, I encourage everyone to upload videos for fun but as a job it can affect your mental health. I'm grateful and had fun uploading for sures, however I'd rather make changes in my life sooner rather than later :)

You honestly changed my life in so many ways, I bought beat saber originally because a close friend of mine showed me your reality check video and my life has been flipped upsidedown since. Getting into the game and meeting the people I have through it completely rekindled my creative drive and passion for producing music, I was honestly going to drop the hobby all together before getting into the game and honestly the turning point was with your video on fresh. I remember getting home from school and seeing it and just being incredibly happy that one of my favorite content creators enjoyed my music and from the support the comments were giving me. Since then I haven't really looked back and even though I've been falling off the game a bit, the impact it has made on my life has definitely not faded. I've been all across the US due to all the amazing people I've met and formed life long friendships. I'm actually typing this right now with 3 of my closest friends I've met visiting right now and without the game I wouldn't know any of them. But yeah, I understand the position you're at now and while I'm sad that your content is pretty much ending, I hope you know you've made an incredible impact on so many people and I'm greatful for the content you've made B)

Mental battles are the hardest, but also the most important. I'm all for healthy mindsets and staying positive. I'm nowhere near the player you are, but at 58 I definitely feel the strain myself, having to stop after every few songs to use the massage gun on my forearms (trigger points that create painful "tennis elbow" in both elbows). I wistfully watch younger players like you playing at such high levels, but this game is brutal on the body and I appreciate what I'm able to do. I'd say try Beat Saber ACC maps that are usually slower, but made to focus on those 115s or maybe try Synth Riders which uses your arms more than your wrists
i am so glad you will be doing what makes you feel good, if not for you i would never gotten a vr headset, and thing is during the hardest time of my life my headset was my escape from depression, for all i know i might not be alive if not for you. Another thing you did for me was that i made some of my best friends through vr. and if that was too hard to read to shorten it, you helped my through depression and opened me to people i would never have met, so i am so happy you are going to do the thing that is good for you. Thank you for everything. edit: i’ve been thinking on it and realized just now how much you have effected my life, and i wish i could have done more for you, i hope you know how much you have influenced my life for the better

Just got there, was a huge fan before and stopped playing or watching beat saber content for almost 2 years.
It was so cool to see you playing, sad to learn all of that but I understand too, it's really a struggle to be a content creator and I hope you're fine. You're the only beat saber content creator that I watched on twitch. So it was sad when you disappeared. I hope you find a future path that you're comfortable taking. Mental battles are the hardest, but also the most important. I'm all for healthy mindsets and staying positive. I still hope you do some streams or drop a quick video sometimes if you have spare time or something.

I'm nowhere near the player you are, but at 58 I definitely feel the strain myself, having to stop after every few songs to use the massage gun on my forearms (trigger points that create painful "tennis elbow" in both elbows). I wistfully watch younger players like you playing at such high levels, but this game is brutal on the body and I appreciate what I'm able to do. Thank you for being such an inspiration to so many, including me!

I'd say try Beat Saber ACC maps that are usually slower, but made to focus on those 115s or maybe try Synth Riders which uses your arms more than your wrists
i am so glad you will be doing what makes you feel good, if not for you i would never gotten a vr headset, and thing is during the hardest time of my life my headset was my escape from depression, for all i know i might not be alive if not for you. Another thing you did for me was that i made some of my best friends through vr. and if that was too hard to read to shorten it, you helped my through depression and opened me to people i would never have met, so i am so happy you are going to do the thing that is good for you. Thank you for everything.

Because of bandoot I bought a quest and really got into playing beatsaber and for that I want to thank him. Wether you continue to upload/stream beatsaber videos is up to you, you shouldn’t feel pressured to do something you don’t want to because at the end of the day it’s your life and you can chose what you do with it, thank you bandoot for all the awesome streams you have done in the past and I hope you do well in the future.

It’s good to take breaks, and I encourage you to take as long as a break you need to. Whatever you upload next, whether Beat Saber or not, your true fans will watch.
A good thing to keep in mind: At the end of the day, views are just numbers of watchers that go up and down over the course of time. What matters most is if you’re enjoying the content you’re uploading. If you enjoy it, someone else will too.
