With that said, Finebaum is overly critical of Michigan, and he always has been this way. To me, this is completely overblown. Yes, Harbaugh broke a rule, but if you don't think that "scouting" happens in all of college sports, then you're naïve. Also, just because I know a play is coming doesn't mean I can stop the opponent from executing the play, but if you've never played a sport, you'll never understand that.
