Today I learned Jared’s only a year older than me and was sponsored as a freshman haha. Too often I get tied up in the “Running for fitness” mentality, forcing myself to go run. Love the idea of running for the love of the sport or “Running to stay sane” mentality. Need to reconsider why I run when I start dreading/procrastinating getting out the door👍
