That's good news that Rabiot is not going to be another problem child. Had a lucky escape there.
If Rabiot joins United he would be United’s most technical Central midfielder instantly.
Our 2nd best would be Mainoo but has age on his side, so greater potential.
I would say it would be immense to see Rabiot warming up instead of McT coming on as a sub.
Most importantly Mainoo needs a No8 to complete his progression inclusive of club training. Nothing is better than having a quality guide or two in the ranks too.

Building a team requires balance and a mixture of quality youth and quality experience players. Changing McT for Rabiot would be a huge step in the right direction.

At the start of this video I disagree with you on Rabiot & you not worried if it's Arsenal. Looking from the outside I can't see why he would choose united over Arsenal atm it definitely isn't a clear choice because it's united. I don't think your that team anymore I personally think you've lost a bit of your Aura. Signing Yoro was impressive but it wasnt as deep as United fans made ut out to be(i.e. its was only Madrid until United knocked at the door ect ect) I don't think your seen as that Man United anymore maybe still in name & players know you've been known to pay over the top in the past so you still have pull. If any player want to be challenging for the biggest honours like Arsenal are then they pick Arsenal all day United are 4 windows of replacing the dead wood with quality & to proper understand a system that's good enough to win & that's if everything goes right. When's that ever been the case with United??
