- Welcome back to another Sunday cooking episode here on our channel. Our electric oven broke and as a result we have had to go back to making the umu😂😂. Always good to do a refresher. Anyway our menu today was our umu, supo kapuvae and chicken fried steak or steak ...super yummy...

Wish I can eat fresh umu food once or twice a week .. Especially the fresh squeezed coconut milk and fresh baby taro leaves that makes the palusami..that aroma when you start to unwrap the palusami omg game over

@28:26 This is the part that is hard for me to watch LOL. Nothing beats a size 2 cooked in the traditional umu. I can imagine how tasty and delightful it would be as I have a healthy appetite for a roasted pig. Your food looks tantalisingly delicious as always. Mālo lava Samoan farmer. You're the best!!!
