I got it. Instead of using a marriage certificate. Create a Marriage Trust. Set the terms and validate it with a marriage trust certificate. This way you never have to go through the state.

A prenup is not because u think the marriage won't last- it's a safety net for the man so even they ever do divorce somehow he doesn't get stiffed in the lawyer process and gets half of his assets taken away. Everyone knows that there is a clear bias when divorces happen and they tend to favour the woman almost every time. Stop thinking like a white knight and use logic.
