There are so many types of therapy that you have to find the right type for what YOU want to achieve, if there is a time when YOU feel it would be helpful to explore things with someone. I find the 'coach you to be even better' approach particularly worrying. You are at the top of your field with years of insights into how content creation works and seem to now have a good balance between work and living life. Not sure what they believe they could add.

Trust me you don't want no "personal life coach" or "therapist". Ive seen celebrities go downhill so quickly not only in terms of money but just them as a person in general
