Thanks for all you said. I love the song "Blessed We Are", feel exited that you mentioned it.
What… I heard that phrase “feel it to heal it” and see it to free it just recently. Like in the last week.
And I have come along a journey to get here because of the fact that I met another soul who reflected back parts of me I didn’t want to see and brought negative subconscious thoughts of self worth to light.
The twin flame journey
Psychedelic experience has been part of my journey even before meeting her.
I have used mushrooms as a tool to dive deep into introspective work for years but until recently I haven’t been able to tap into some of this stuff.
I believe my soul led me to mushrooms in the first place but now I just know I have some sort of purpose to do with them. I come from a home with exuberant amounts of complex trauma and working through that even without psychedelics has taught me a lot and I understand it in a way that so many people just can’t. I’m starting to think part of my journey is to become some sort of psychotherapist to help others heal alongside me.
I have a lot of experience with both complex trauma and psilocybin especially for someone at 25. It just feels right. I just hope I can find a mentor
SOOOOO AWESOME. It's a pity more psychonauts aren't aware of this channel and this video in general. I'm assuming that the podcast has more subscribers or a larger audience on various platforms.
Hello Dr. Thayer and Dr. Robinson, I enjoy your podcast. I've been a trauma informed yoga teacher for years. My husband had an extended bout with cancer wherein he almost passed away on at least 3 separate occasions. He is still with us miraculously. Because of many life experiences I have become interested in becoming a psychedelic therapist or integration coach. I wonder how one might go about the first steps on such a path.
I really like that you mention Alan Watts a couple of times. I love his talks and often wonder why he isn't brought up more as there's so many discussions around about exactly the things he explored.
Exactly the kind of resource I was looking for.
Great content, sadly greatly underappreciated by the YT algorithm.
ps. I also ordered "The Psychedelic Experience Preparation and Integration: Guide for a Journey of Consciousness"
by Gary Yost and DM Tripson.
Great content
Thanks you.
