      The English name I found for this green plant of the Zagros mountains is Biarum bovei. Biarum bovei in its raw form has a very, very sharp taste, which inflames the lips and cheeks when consumed raw and causes a lot of burning. This special plant has different cooking methods, for example, with pickles or with flour or even with meat. The food we cooked with pickles in this video has a very delicious and very special pickled taste that I have never seen this delicious sour taste in any food😋

      If you don't have access to Biarum bovei, I have good news for you that there is another dish called pickled rice that you can easily make. And it tastes almost the same, just a bit less spicy and more sour.
      Steps of cooking pickled rice:
      1. Like in this movie, instead of Biarum bovei, put the *dried pomegranate seeds Anardana* with water on the stove and close the container to cook (until the juice comes out).
      2. Add the rice and at this moment, add salt and turmeric and close the container to cook the rice.
      3. Attention! Before our food becomes dehydrated, we must remove it from the flame when it is 50% juicy (because after removing this food from the flame, its water becomes hard and uniform, and if the water evaporates on the stove, it becomes very dry)
      4. After removing the food from the flame, fry some onion or Chives and add it to the food
      5. Enjoy the food😋
