In this video, Dr. Nivedita discusses some home remedies for Asthma.
Due to allergies, our immune systems do not perform well or over-response which leads to difficulties for the patients. Along with these, air pollution can also be a cause of Asthma.
Example: In NCR Delhi or some other states where pollution increases day by day may be a cause of Asthma.
In many cases, Asthma occurs due to swelling of airways and the coming of mucus.
Both these things lead to difficulties in the intake and out take of air.
You can easily find out the Asthmatic patient by following signs:
1. Asthmatic patients' faces become red.
2. Asthmatic patients not doing their daily work properly.
3. They can not properly speak.
4. They feel chest pain, and congestion and make wheezy sounds.
5. They do cough.
In Asthmatic conditions, asthma patient can not perform their daily routine work properly.
There are some home remedies that help in curing Asthma.
Cinnamon is a spice that is easily available in the kitchen. Cinnamon is anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant. Regular use of it can lead to a decrease in swelling and help in taking out mucus from the body.
Cinnamon can be used in the following ways:
1. We can take cinnamon in the form of a brew.
2. We can take the bark of the cinnamon and soak it in water for 1 to 2 hours and after boiling we take it a room temperature.
3. If we take cinnamon in the form of powder and mixed with honey then it is very much beneficial for us.
4. We also use it by taking one spoonful of ginger and garlic paste, boiling it, and mixed with one cup of water. If we take this thing twice a day then it gives us to relax from asthma. Because ginger helps in cough and garlic helps in removing mucus from the body.
5. If we take lukewarm or cinnamon water daily. We can lessen asthma disease.
You should never forget that asthma is a treatable disease, and it can improve by taking proper medicines, exercising, wearing masks, taking proper diets, etc.
