You can get a Striebig in split frame but its very rare so I doubt yours is. In the united states only 1 in 100 saws has split frame and vast majority of those are either longer than 6 meters or taller than 3 meters. If you send Colonial Saw your serial # they can tell you for sure.
Hi Dave thanks for your replay After long time. Now I’m starting to put my Striebig saw together in action . My saw is free standing, and I would like to know how much should I open the supporting legs/ polls so frame gets the angle of? Many thanks Maltin
