The remodels aren't called Phases. Phase 1 (actually the 1988 Remodel if I recall correctly) doesn't exist anymore. Phase 2 (actually the 1993 Update) and Phase 3 (idk if this makes sense, but I would say it's the 1998 Update) still exist. the actual Phases were carried out from March 1994 to Fall 1997 (Phase 1), Fall 1997 to Fall 1999 (Phase 2), and 2000 to 2003 (Phase 3).
