Your plan shows that some column Orientation is set for escentric load condition. But In this design all of the columns are considered as axially loaded. Is this the correct way to design & analysis??? Or should we change the column orientation when we modelling the structure???....Can u clear my doubt...i am looking for ur reply....

When we are seeing a plan layout the column are in different position bt when u draw it on autocad u take them in lines..... Bt y u do tht... They are not the positions of columns...... Can u xplain this....?
U shoud check dimension of plan living room 12' x 20'6" measure and from kitchen to toilet measure not be 20'6" I think it's to be 18'2" not 20'6"

Sir I have a question. You have provided plate for all slab. Does slab provide load on beam? If not than beam moment will come less than original. Sir please clear this confusion 🙏
None of these plates are meshed, so plate load will not be transferred to the beams, rather loads will be directly transferred to the columns which is an incorrect way of modelling. All the plates must be meshed properly and then you can expect proper load transfer mechanism, from plate to the beam and then to the columns.

How can we connect beams to columns by corners instead of joining center to center in StaadPro??
You can specify member offset value and assign it to the relevant beams/columns. That will shift the beam/column ends.
