The only thing that worries me about candy man is that they are going to use the 2021 version. To do this right you need the 1992 version. We don’t need another Dbd nightmare on elm street

Not really, the new candy man was better than the new (2010) Nightmare on elm Street, plus Tony Todd made a cameo appearance in the 2021 movie so even if they did use the 2021 model which honestly would be just as good they could make a legendary skin to make him look and sound like Tony Todd, much like Leon and Chris, or Steve and Johnathan. And I prefer the original however the requel honestly wasn't that bad compared to what I expected.

You know one license I’d love to see in DBD that you’ve never mentioned before? A Quiet Place. I thought it would be awesome and unique to have the alien monster in the game and basically have a killer that encourages stealth gameplay!
I feel that demogorgon is to similar cosmetic wise.
I’m glad I’m not the only one that thinks A Quiet Place would be great in dbd. People have said that the death angel is like the demogorgon by then again we have hillbilly and bubba so it cancels out.

Honestly imagine a Overlook hotel map. That would be eerie as hell. That would be one map I would find scary.
Imagine that map with a stealth killer like Michael.

This is the ONLY reason I'd want Jack Torrence as a killer. But instead of it being Jack Torrence I think we should take a look at Doctor Sleep and focus on how the hotel uses people as a false face. I think the best way to create a killer for The Shining as a chapter would be to use the ghosts, and have the killer be randomized as a 'false face' where we'd get Jack Torrence, maybe Danny as an adult if we focus on the movie version of Doctor Sleep, the bathtub ghost, the twins, Delbert Grady, Lloyd, there's a lot of options there. Or maybe go a different direction and have Rose the Hat as the killer.
I think the Xenomorph has all his gimmicks already. It could be the eggs, of someone comes near they act like the Hex’s . Facehuggers come out and can come out, if they face hug a survivor, once they’re sacrificed a chestburster can chestburst them and act like Nemesis’s zombies. Maybe the chestbursters can be killed like Victor to. And the Mori could be getting impaled on his tail, get lifted but, then get inner mouthed.

I think they can do that and add holes in the ground and vents on indoor maps to act like transport aswell, xenomorph is a force.

Slenderman has the problem that he's over 3 meters tall, never walks when you look at him and doesn't really kill you. Hard to implement him into DbD without disappointing fans
That's true, a DbD version would not be faithful to the lore to make it fun. Maybe they could use the Marble Hornets version instead.
Honestly a collection event for creepypastas would be the best bet, Jeff the Killer for Ghostface or Legion, Slenderman should go to wraith tbh to fit in with the "tp" aesthetic and have some flowy tentacles near him
I mean xenomorph queen is also 3 meters tall, and well, i think it can be fixed looking on other slenderman games design and well about he 'not killing' its solved with the hook on the trials thing.
You could just make him really slow and have him have the best teleport in the game. Then you could have him with traps if you trigger it you have the option to teleport to it. And I don’t know what you mean by he “doesn’t really kill you,” he definitely does.

Regarding Scott, Matt Patt did an analysis when his drama came up, and he donated to a party he best affiliated with purely on the structure of economic protection and military, not for anti-lgbtq stuff. His thing got extremely blown out of proportion and was given a bad rep due to a hate train that was false in the first place and un-intentional.

Shmuckles, as someone who just had a surgery like that back in April, I believe you should be good to record and make videos again after around a week or two. Naturally don’t push yourself, and if you feel intense pain don’t push yourself and take the pain meds. When I was recovering I could “walk” without crutches or cane after about a week. Take all the time you need

I think it’s important to remember the companies and people Scott cawthon works with are pro lgbt and inclusive companies, Illumix steel wool and even the main 2d artist constantly do pride events and work in and around the fnaf franchise. Not to mention the recent donations he does in popular fnaf TH-camr Dawkins charity streams for the Trevor foundation.
Scott already replied to this but still I'm afraid people think Scott is anti Lgbt, banning FNaF from the game, I just hope they don't get carried away by the opinions of people who talk about this topic without context, and that this affects both communities, since FNaF and DbD are both my favorite games.
also Scott is basically retired now. He doesn't have any involvement in Fnaf anymore. Unless that's changed in the past like 4 months.

I like how no one is talking about the rare Steve and Nancy charms you can get in DBD, if you had their perks teachable before the update or their removal, you kept the original icon of that perk across all characters this is even kept on the charms which I tested with my friends, the perks which are unchanged are inner healing, guardian, and renewal, I like to call these the legacy charms. Enjoy this knowledge

I personally think outlast would make a great chapter. Many possibilities for killers such as Chris Walker, Walrider, Marta, Nick & Laird, or Father Loutermilch (in his demon/hallucination form). There are also possibilities for maps too. Such as mount massive asylum, or the town of temple gate. Only issue is that we might not get a survivor because we have never seen any of their faces, and the developers, Red Barrels, seem to not want to reveal any of their faces at all. So maybe Outlast could work as a paragraph instead. Maybe with a map too.
I want outlast too but it would basically be a reskin of the resident evil chapter.

The slasher
Power: killing arsenal
-the slasher can open lockers and choose between a variety of weapons, an axe, a machete, and a spear. Each has a different use.
The axe: you chop down pallets tremendously quicker and has a special attack called stunning blow: the survivor is hindered for 10 sec and goes into deep wounds, it has a long recovery if missed.
The machete: you slash and make blood gash, any survivor hit with the machete is mangled and bears the scars of his/hers attack, when hit again with the machete your fear and trauma is shared to others that scream and are exposed for 20 seconds in an area of 20 meters.
The spear: you can throw the spear with great accuracy and if it is to land the survivor is impaled with becoming incapacitated until the spear is removed, while without a weapon bare your fists as one unless you pick another one from a locker.
Special mode: after some killing the slasher becomes hungry for more, during 80 seconds you can carry two weapons at the same time and use the secondary ability lake mist to apear in different areas of the map (this has a substantial cool down, i was thinking 40 seconds so it’s really about picking the right spot).

Honestly I don’t believe Scott coffin is anti-LGBTQ or anything at least I don’t feel like he’s like that he seems like the most loving person and unless you were a hard-core finesse and you would never know that he was religious because he keeps it to his self it’s not a big part of who he is I also think it was garbage that he was sent death threats and stuff like honestly if five nights at Freddy’s made it into DBD I would buy the character and I will probably play the game even more than I already do
No, he's not Anti LGBT. That's not even close to reality. What happened is that crazy people just decided that because he donated some money places they didn't like (he donated money to both sides by the way). We shouldn't even entertain that level if ignorance and craziness.

I feel like they should add fnaf, springtrap would make the most money and bring attention of fnaf fans who don't play, getting them more people in the player base.
It has won multiple tournaments on wanted killers and he would fit into dbd because of his backstory, even if Scott did donate to non lgbtq people it is his opinion and not many people talk about it anymore, a lot if people miss him and I don't think many people would mind anymore.
Edit: just remembered Scott also donated to Dawko's lgbtq stream.

One license I hope they can implement and I think it honestly isn't too difficult to obtain would be Mary Shaw from Dead Silence. I think the concept of another "Scream" based killer like Doctor would be amazing. Add in that dolls, particularly mannequin and ventriloquist dummies are pretty creepy for some people, and is a popular motif for horror that's not in the game makes me think that this would be an unique addition to the game.
I think it’s funny how a lot of people think killers should have supernatural powers and what not, but there is literally quite a few killers in the game who are just psychotic humans. And a good portion of them are the original killers

I really like the fact that we could see candyman at some point.
Archvile from Doom is something I have wanted for a while. I like when characters get a chance to shine outside of their series, and I think the Archvile is the best Demon to represent Doom as a whole. It has been an intimidating presence since Doom 2, has a lot to work with from a design perspective, and has a relatively well established personality from the removed cutscene from Eternal and its general mannerisms and behaviors in the franchise. It would also be a great representative of the more over the top, almost cheesy Demon stereotypes without having to pull from IPs like Spawn.
I'd love a Doom paragraph with a killer and map. I'd love a survivor but Doom Guy would easily kill all the killers

I have been obsessed with getting The Thing as a killer for a long time. I think it would be a perfect killer to create an entirely new play style on how the killer goes about the match. One of my concepts has some similarities with the dredge’s locker play, so I was very happy when it came out

I honestly believe that FNaF has a LOT of potential as a license. Sure, Scott may have donated to trump and some allegedly anti-LGBTQ (I say 'allegedly' because I don't know) groups, but we should appreciate the art for what it is and not let the actions of the artist ruin your perception of it. It's not like FNaF as a whole is one big anti-LGBTQ message, so I frankly don't see the problem.
I'm probably biased, being a long-time fan of the franchise, and considering it was a huge part of my childhood, but I still believe that Springtrap is the best possible candidate for a DbD killer. So many people want it, videos detailing how he'd work have been made, and there's a pretty hardcore push for his inclusion with the petition.
I myself would come back to DbD should Springtrap ever make his entrance.
Actually Scott is pro LGBTQ+ he has donated to the Trevor project a bunch of times, it's just that he was republican and he wanted to do what he thought was right for the future of his kids, he never knew about the aligations

People who hate on FNAF due to Scott's stance on certain things literally forget how Scott has never been malicious or against the LGBT in.... ANYTHING past some votes in which he needs to vote between two great evils to try and find the lesser one.
If anything I'd say FNAF is the most queer community ever and other creators and companies have most probably done worst but people simply turn a blind eye to them. The creator and the art are two different things many people need to start looking at differently.
This is the same logic as "do you like this painting? Well a german guy born in April 20, 1889 made it." and suddenly you hate it. I'd be an issue if the art was used to attack groups of people or anything, but literally, fnaf is so disconnected from any kind of real life reference than it's a non-factor here.

The problem with your statements regarding controversies about Scott Cawthon are that he has donated money to LGBT organizations in the past, he may have donated to organizations that don’t support LGBT communities, but that wasn’t the main purpose of his donations. Also his own opinion on the matter is irrelevant when talking about his brand, the games do not have any anti-LGBT propaganda or anything against that community so it shouldn’t matter what his own personal opinions are. Everyone has different opinions about different things, and if you keep trying to compare your opinions to others, eventually you will come to a disagreement, and that is true for just about anyone.
If we do ever get a Dead Space chapter, not only would it just make my year because Dead Space is my personal favorite survival horror game in terms of gameplay and just memorability, but we better get the immortal Necromorph instead of any regular necromorph. Cuz honestly when i go to replay dead space games i just breeze through it until i get the that point and then i actually get afraid of it. There is nothing scarier than meeting an enemy that just won’t die no matter what you do to it.

i'm always wanting more licensed characters for dbd but i'm already super happy that they got my 2 favourites with Pinhead and Sadako
Two things about the Dead Space DBD cross chapter:
1. The survivor should be Isaac Clarke, obviously.
2. Instead of a Brethren Moon, Isaac and survivors deal with a Converged/Necromorph version of Nicole. Who can send other less powerful versions of herself to torment/kill

Xenomorph has always been my absolute want for DbD. It is such a creepy and terrifying creature - it's Mori would be sick and you have potential survivors : Ripley and Bishop. It actually surprises me how much people sleep on Xenomorph too! Eggs with facehuggers that can infect you and if you don't get rid of the parasite, you die (kinda like saw traps), it could have a sprint mechanic similar to Blight and a charge attack with its tail. Gimme a perk where you can use its hiss for echolocation? MMMM I need that fear in my life.
If I’m being honest, my top 3 killers would be ranked
3rd - Vecna, and honestly it’s just so I can’t why my hands on Steve and the demo
2nd - Pennywise/Candyman - Both are iconic horror franchises, both have good backstories and movies, and if I had to put one over the other probably Candyman because he less talked about then Pennywise
1st - Patrick Bateman, I would really love to see a regular human as a killer in the game, and I personally think the Bateman would be the perfect one, as he thinks of himself as an unstoppable force like Myers or Krueger, so I think he could slot in perfectally
From what leaks I've seen, Stranger Things is most likely coming back with a new chapter. DBDLeaks posted clips of a newly remade Hawkins Lab from DBD currently being worked on, and it's the lab we see in the recent Season 4 of Stranger Things
One of the many images you showed at the start is of a Big Daddy from Bioshock, this makes little to no sense as Big Daddies are not aggresive by default, they are not evil, they just protect the little sisters. Although a Big Sister skin for one of the killers, maybe the Nurse, would be cool.
I feel so bad for Jeepers Creepers, it is such a godly movie and a definite horror icon- despite what some people would want you to believe - but the Director really drug what could be a modern Freddy Krueger down a few levels.

I think alien would be kinda cool. Like if you use a mori, Then an Ai face hugger could go looking for survivors and if it attaches. The survivor could end up birthing an ai Xenomorph running around the map. Far fetched I know but cool

Finding a power for Spring Trap is actually hard. Sure, the many fan concepts for spring trap’s power is interesting but I feel like those ideas don’t fit spring trap. Like that fan gameplay video on TH-cam where spring trap turns into a phantom to be stealthy, but whether the idea was cool, it honestly fits more on the phantom animatronics than spring trap. And that lunge attack just feels like Demogorgon’s shred but more powerful.

The attraction. Power, jumpscare: the power meter fills with the fear of others, when making survivors scream you gain more fear. When jumpscare is full you scream and survivors in your terror radius are inflicted with ‘fear’. Tier 1 fear, skill checks are 10% faster, when survivors do anything, it’s speed is reduced by 5%. Tier 2 fear, you see visions of springtrap and the horror within, skill checks are 5% faster, when survivors do anything it’s speed is reduced by 5%. Fear tier 3, skill checks are 5% faster, you hear the screams of kids/BB sounds/a metal fan, and when injured you make 15% more pain sounds and grunts of pain, when survivors do anything it’s speed is reduced by 5%. You become oblivious in tier 3. To reduce fear find a birthday cake in the trial that is for you and have a slice for your happiest day. It will reduce your fear by 2 tiers, it is highlighted in a pink aura. When a survivor sees the killer break a wall, damage a generator, put a survivor in the dying state, or hook a survivor, it increases their fear by 25%.

And correct me if I’m wrong but similar to Myer’s power as well? And the side effects for the fear meter is a lot more punishing than doctors. But overall, it sounds like a neat idea. However I do hate that it’s basically Doctor. But still a cool idea.
As a fnaf fan, I must fulfill my duty and defend scott donating to... that stuff. Yes, its bad. But people forget that he donated a fuckton to other charitys. Like for example Scott donated 100k to St. Judes. I think at some point the good balances out the bad.

I think the amount of people that want fnaf massively outnumber people that don't. Issue is that people who hate scott cawthan after the donation fiasco are incredibly loud. BHVR would have to be careful with implementing it, but I feel that most the community will have their back

I’d love to see an SCP chapter come into DbD. There are so many great and iconic anomalies that can fit into the game. You could play as multiple SCPs too. You could place posters of SCP-096 all over the map and if a survivor looks at one for a short amount of time, the monster will chase after them and kill them. Or SCP-049 who’s could bring out zombies like Nemesis can to help track down the survivors.

As a DBD fan that’s also into SCP, I wouldn’t mind an SCP chapter into DBD. However, you will need to find a way to balance 049 or 096 if your gonna use those SCPs. Between 049 and 096, I think 049 might be a better pick because I can think his weapon being a plague doctor stick. However you need to balance his “Death Touch” so survivors won’t complain about dying within 10 seconds into matches.
Edit: now that I’m thinking about it, 049’s DBD name can be “The Cure” because his 049-2 zombies can be called “The Cured”

Due to this, an SCP will never happen.

Chucky has a more than solid chance of making it in imo. He's one of the most iconic slasher franchises, kept steady relevance throughout the years (nowadays having a TV show that's currently airing season 2 simply because it has more freedom than a movie), and the creator is very friendly to his actors and LGBTQ+ supportive.

This is out of left field but I think it would be cool if they got license for one of the Frictional Games games. If they did Soma then I could see Dr. Johan Ross as a killer and Simon's diving suit as a survivor cosmetic. They would also be able to do an underwater facility map. If they did Amnesia, the Gatherer could be a killer and they could do map of Castle Brennenburg's dungeons.

I think it would be better to have her as a group killer. The kid and the Cat acting as the main mode of transportation. While the Grudge herself acts as a mechanic. Like a summon or like How chucky works.
Can you talk about the 'Tremors' franchise? I never hear ANYONE mention it but I think it's an amazing fit. Burt Gummer would be a perfect survivor and as for killer they could go for the tremors 2 license and use 'the shrieker' and have an aura reading type power with a cool down to mimic the heat seeking ability of the creature but it let's out a loud shriek heard through most of the map. I think it's really doable the only thing I wouldn't have an answer for is the carry animation but I'm sure they could come up with something.

Would love if they added The Strangers with a map based on “Prey at night” where it’s the trailer park where you can run through different trailers, the pool, the clubhouse, and one of the gates is the bridge that is in the end of the film. I feel like as cool as the house and barn are from the first film, the trailer park in the second is the way to go for DBD.

I think Jack could work, although the entity would have to help him out in some way. Maybe give him the ghosts of the overlook as a power and he can use those to hinder survivors. He would definitely be an M1 killer, but it would be cool to have him. Maybe Danny from Doctor Sleep could be a survivor too. The overlook could work, but I do agree that we could have a repeat of RPD.

Good luck with your surgery and I wish you a speedy recovery! I tore my ACL in a bike accident 5 years ago and it tore some of my knee bone away with it. I elected not to have surgery cos I was too nervous and it took me about 4 months to walk properly again with physio and a special strap to my leg and wish I'd had the surgery now! Take as much time as you need to get better 😊

@@LdSnake21 slenderman would be more of a passive assist. It operates on it own, giving the proxy power through perks. Jumpscaring survivors maybe add a insanity mechanic and using slenderman tendrils so shut down loops
