Hey Lester, I'm a day late and a dollar short considering you posted this on a Monday. Absolutely beautiful course. What I find amazing is these beautiful links were designed without any of our technology, there is not a bad hole, or view. And to think it was all done by eye.
Lovely to watch you boys out there fighting the elements!! Tough conditions, then add the fact you hadn’t played there before, I’d say two over is pretty solid. Looking forward to seeing the back nine on Dan’s channel now.
Great vlog - have played a lot of golf in Ireland but not Enniscrone and it looked amazing but brutal with the good old Irish weather! The 2 of you are great fun together and make for a really entertaining watch. Keep up the great work
As an Aussie, I admire you guys playing in those conditions. Even on such a great course, that is a stay home day for me.😊 now I’m gunna sit comfortable & warm and watch you slug it out in part 2.
Some very sold play there mate with some very sharp chipping and putting. I've watched Dan's channel and i think I'd have been tempted to say "I've got my vlog mate, I'm off to the bar"
Tough conditions but great to watch the pair of you back on the golf course with the hope that summer will bring more course vlogs from each of you and we'll see your subscriber numbers climbing again.
I did a little series last year on the channel. Thought it was a good way to introduce new characters/ people to the channel in a less pressurised format. It got mixed reviews and views weren’t great though.
If you bring back the iconic ping 2 iron combined with Dan's rbz 5 wood. That should be worth atleast 10k likes. Are they trying to sabatage each other😂
I played at Frinton GC and when the wind blows there, a relatively easy course, becomes very very difficult. Par 3 150 yd, I have hit driver to that , so I know what you took on there. 30mph wind with 50 mph gusts make it ridiculous.
Bernie, do you have any special tricks or suggestions about maintaining your grip in wet conditions/rain? My group recently had to quit after 11 holes of a round when we got to the point that we simply couldn’t hold onto the club. I see you Brits playing in rainy conditions all the time and wonder how you do it.
I tend to carry a load of gloves (15 or so) change it as soon as it’s wet, a towel in my bag and make sure your grips are well maintained. That’s it really, oh and lower your expectations Gary.
Played 5 times great experience and if you play from the correct tees manageable golf course if you don't and the weather is normal you will get your butt kicked mlol
Brilliant to watch. Love the banter. Fabulous video. ❤
Thanks Angela! That means a lot!
You two always have fun, keep the course vlogs coming 👍
Cheers Chris! More to come from Ireland!

The course we play next took 8 years to build as they did all the modifications by hand with no machinery! Amazing when you think about it.
Love the addition of the yardage counter to the shot tracker. Great looking course.
Thanks my friend. Glad you like that.
Lovely to watch you boys out there fighting the elements!! Tough conditions, then add the fact you hadn’t played there before, I’d say two over is pretty solid. Looking forward to seeing the back nine on Dan’s channel now.
I was happy with the golf and the score Tyler!
Great vlog - have played a lot of golf in Ireland but not Enniscrone and it looked amazing but brutal with the good old Irish weather! The 2 of you are great fun together and make for a really entertaining watch. Keep up the great work
Cheers John! Certainly a course I’d love to play again. Weather improves for the back 9 which is good as the front 9 was a battle 😂
Great video and the weather very testing but you guys played good golf in very difficult conditions😀
Thanks for watching Jim! Wasn’t going to give up 😂
Always good to have you and Dan together taking on the elements
Absolutely Alan! No one I’d rather tackle them with!
Great work boys, well done in those brutal conditions.
Thanks Damian!
Life long mate's really makes the banter better!
Absolutely Benny! 😂
As an Aussie, I admire you guys playing in those conditions. Even on such a great course, that is a stay home day for me.😊 now I’m gunna sit comfortable & warm and watch you slug it out in part 2.
It was a long way to travel for us not to play mate 😂 hope you enjoyed the back 9 on Dans channel.
My goodness, what a magnificent course. Stunning.
It certainly is Gary. Wait til you see the back 9 (on Dans channel)
All ways great to see you together
Thanks Martin! More vlogs from Ireland to come!
lovely vlog Lester. views look great shame about the weather but still great golf played
The weather gets better in Dans channel Jason 😂
Nice to see you and Dan together. What conditions good old British spring wind and rain. Look forward to the next.
Cheers Phil! Thankfully the weather improves on the trip!
Great golf in tough conditions, what a course
Cheers Alan! I’d love to tackle it on a better day.
Great video Lester, course looks amazing. Looking forward to the back 9!
Great to have Dan on your channel, you two have great chemistry.
Thanks mate! Back 9 is on Dans channel now!
The weather seems to be the issue not the golf ⛳️ great content 👍
Thankfully the weather improves on the trip Garry!
Great vlog!!!
What brutal conditions. Thank god you boys have a great chemistry to push each other on.
Cheers James! The weather does (slightly) improve! 😂
Really well done considering the howling wind and rain.
Thanks Graeme! Certainly played tough in those conditions! Thanks for watching.
Very entertaining in brutal conditions! Nice putting, Bernie; I'd say you out-putted Dan (but I do forget bad stuff very quickly, lol).
😂 cheers Howie! That doesn’t happen often 😂
Nice one Bernie. Always good to see you guys playing great courses.
Cheers James! The back 9 is particularly special!
Some very sold play there mate with some very sharp chipping and putting. I've watched Dan's channel and i think I'd have been tempted to say "I've got my vlog mate, I'm off to the bar"
😂 I had to spend another 5 days with him and I wouldn’t have been able to get home Phil, as tempting as that was at the time 😂
Well done for continuing to play in those brutal conditions! Some great golf on what looks like a super track!
Cheers Martyn and couldn’t let you all down and not finish 😂
Good content again boys. Enjoy. It is a bit far to travel from here.
Cheers Ken! Thanks for watching.
Looks a great course & the weather is probably as usual! 😂🤷♂️
Course was superb, the weather improves on the back 9 too David.
Great vlog Bernie well done some good golf on a brut of a course well done lads good to see you both back on the course
Cheers Mick! Really enjoyed the course and the day!
Great video Bernie. Nice to see the boys back together playing real golf courses
Cheers Dave! More of these to come from Ireland
Tough conditions but great to watch the pair of you back on the golf course with the hope that summer will bring more course vlogs from each of you and we'll see your subscriber numbers climbing again.
Thanks David! We both hope so too.
Nice one guys 😂 putters were behaving 😊😊
So far so good with the putters Dave 😂
Well done Lads, played there twice both times in summer tough any time of year.
Great golf course Damien!
Played it about 10 years ago on a nice sunny day with a gentle breeze. Brilliant watch boys 👍
Cheers Paul! The weather improved as we went around the course.
Another quality vlog in testing conditions. Only played in the Cork area. Maybe a future bus tour to Ireland????
We are struggling filling the ones locally Michael unfortunately, already had to cancel one. I’d say unlikely at the moment mate 😢
Well done you two. Most people don't understand that the standard scratch on a links can move 10 shots from one day to the next. Well played
Absolutely Craig! I weirdly enjoy being beaten up by a good links 😂
Always enjoy your vids Bernie, but have to admit you and Dan's natural chemistry really adds a little something extra.😊
Thanks John! 3 more vlogs from Ireland still to come!
Well done considering the conditions Bernie. Maybe one day Dan and you will catch good weather for a change.
Thanks Steve! Enjoyed it despite the weather, which did improve during the trip 😂
Really enjoyed this video lads. I have never played American greensomes before and looks like a great format.
I did a little series last year on the channel. Thought it was a good way to introduce new characters/ people to the channel in a less pressurised format. It got mixed reviews and views weren’t great though.
What an intro Bernie. Someone's learnt some skills.
I am trying David 😂
Played it last Thursday lads 9th of May and it was splitting the rocks and amazing.
It’s a great track Daryl!
Great score considering how tough Links play when the weather is a challenge .
Thanks Tom! Was pleased with the golf as it wasn’t easy!
Only getting around to watching this now Bernie, great video. Hopefully the course notes helped put ya to sleep 🤣
😂 you had a mention Liam 😂
Love Enniscrone - up there with the best courses I've played, and consistently rated in the top 15 in Ireland.
Absolutely loved the course! Particularly the back 9 mate! Which is on Dans channel.
Great entertainment boys 👍
Thanks Simon! Back 9 is on Dans channel.
Played there last year. What a great course.
Absolutely Chris, back 9 is a bit special.
Lovely
Like the ole days
Love a bit of nostalgia Fabian and more to come!
Tough course ,played it last year when it was red hot .going again this year glutton for punishment 😂great vlog lads
Cheers Phil, really enjoyed the course despite the weather!
You are the best 2 ball on utube
Glad someone thinks so Owen 😂
Well done in them conditions omg
Thanks John! Weather did improve.
Man .brutal conditions..well done fellas for bringing us content whilst I sit on the sofa with a cuppa and a slice of Vicky sponge.
As long as you are dry, warm and well fed Paul 😂
Played Enniscrone 4/5 times. Its an absolute gem of a course ❤
I loved it Anthony. Back 9 particularly.
Yes back 9 is great fun. Definitely a couple of holes there you need to have played before. Keep up the good work/golf 👌
Thanks
Gtreat video, looked brutal, but great fun. Your video and dans made my boring day decent
Thanks Colin! Glad you enjoyed the double video drop.
Great job done in bad conditions
Thanks John
Played here with our golf society in similar conditions. I’m a single figure handicapper & lost I think 6 balls. Fantastic but brutal track!
It’s tough in those conditions Robert! Would love to play it on a nice sunny day!
This is the sort of course that needs to be played a few times to understand direction and club selection. I would be totally lost 😂
I think so too Paul 😂 you will see that at Carne too on the next vlog 😂
shame about the weather but well done you both
Thanks Mark. Better weather on the rest of the vlogs.
Playing golf for some content in this shyte weather, brave boys, hope the weather gets better for you!!
Surprisingly it gets better on Dans channel for the back 9 Fraser 😂
If you bring back the iconic ping 2 iron combined with Dan's rbz 5 wood. That should be worth atleast 10k likes. Are they trying to sabatage each other😂
As soon as the ball starts to run I’ll dig the 2 iron out I promise Brian.
The dream team laaaa
More to come Kev!
Great vlog. Bernies putting was incredible today.
Fantastic score on front 9 in those conditions
Cheers Andrew! Dan was a little disappointed, but I thought the scoring was more than acceptable!
178 yd 3wood That is my world on a calm day . That is a brutal wind.
😂 it was brutal out there mate!
I played at Frinton GC and when the wind blows there, a relatively easy course, becomes very very difficult. Par 3 150 yd, I have hit driver to that , so I know what you took on there. 30mph wind with 50 mph gusts make it ridiculous.
Definitely the saviour of many courses
I though Dan and yourself did well Bernie, especially considering the conditions.
Cheers Dave! I was happy with how we played! Dan has higher standards 😂
Can't beat a good round with your best mate. Let me know we you have one! 🤣
Exactly David! 😂
Bernie, do you have any special tricks or suggestions about maintaining your grip in wet conditions/rain? My group recently had to quit after 11 holes of a round when we got to the point that we simply couldn’t hold onto the club. @@berniebarnesgolf: Thank you sir!
RBZ 5 wood should be good for at least a 2K bump in subscribers! 😎
I think so too mate 😂
Played 5 times great experience and if you play from the correct tees manageable golf course if you don't and the weather is normal you will get your butt kicked mlol
Absolutely Richard! Tee selection is very important as you say!
What weather after Perranporth I thought you 2 would have know better
The weather does improve David 😂
Let's go boys!
😂
I’m not playing in that weather. I need sunshine and very little wind. Yes I’m soft.
😂 don’t blame you 😂 Dan made me 😂
Hey Bernie, Drop off in subscribers may have something to do with your choice of intro music! Rather you than me playing in those conditions!
Not a fan of the music Rolf!? 😂
Do you 2 only play links in dodgy weather 😂
I think so Owen 😂 although the weather does improve on the trip 😂
Looks fantastic. U guys like a blowy day😂
😂 seems to be windy every time we film Neil 😂
We turned up to play this course but cried off because it was too windy! Thanks for having more courage than we did.
Couldn’t let you all down John!
Should never have dissolved the pairing.
😂 we both turned Pro unfortunately 😂
