Yes he is more relaxed and the children are old enough now to play the chasing game which Shabani loves. Nene is looking much healthier too in the new enclosure and there is more space for her to have some peace and quiet.

He doesn't seem to want to hurt her. She is pretty aggressive herself. If he really wanted to he could severely injure her. I really enjoy this gorilla family. Kiyomasa so wants to protect his mother. He is so cute.
Shabani is definitely just playing, but Nene doesn't have the patience for it and wants nothing to do with his favorite game, "chase". He likes being chased and showing off
Nene is his favorite to pick on. I haven't seen a video yet him messing with Ai. I saw the video he attacked Nene cause she attacked Annie. I love watching this family and also Momotaro's family.
Funny for a Silverback
This is a Shabani classic.
I say again...Shabani (the tag you're it stalker) is actually a boy stuck in a silverback's body, but he is one beautiful silverback in form and stature (6:14). Playing tag and chasing his family keeps him physically fit 👍. Cracking up, look at Shabani stalking Nene standing upright (4:32) 😂. Poor wife Nene...she absolutely HATES tag (2:44) 🤣.

Poor sweet Kiyomasa! He is always running by his mom's side because he worries and loves her so much. He seems terrified Shabani will hurt her. She seems so frail and stressed. He needs to give her a break and chase and bully Al before she gets really hurt, falls or strokes out.Her baby boy clings to her and adores her so much. He would be devastated & lost without Nene. Shabani needs a few Males in there to keep him entertained and to rough play with. Nene is just too old and fragile for that crap everyday.

The gorilla being teased is apparently very elderly (far older than what wild gorillas live to).
Generally health issues do start to appear around this time, if not already.

Excuse me for feeling sad that Kiyomasa was very upset to the point of screaming and pulling Mom away from Shabani because he feared Mom would get hurt. Yeah, I'm sensitive. But, I know Shabani is a great Dad. 4 years ago when I wrote that comment, i thought Shabani was really unkind to Nene. I understand much more now. Live and learn. Shabani likes the chasing game and Nene never disappoints him, always gets a reaction from Nene. Ai is not giving chase so Shabani does not include her. The family need more equipment in the enclosure to stimulate them giving them more exercise physically and mentally. They often look bored.

いつもネネさんはシャバー二にちょっかいを出されて、高齢なのに気の毒な感じがしますが、二人の関係性はどうなんでしょうか？ただ、ふざけているだけなのでしょうか？

ゴリラの講習で聞いたことですが、来園時、シャバーニは、乱暴な気質でアイが４才の時に同居させたら攻撃が酷かった為、別飼いになﾘなりました。シャバーニとネネ。オキとアイ。
アイは、初めて接するオスにうまく対応出来なかったからなのか、ただシャバーニが力を誇示したのでしょうか?
ネネは、最初からシャバーニを気にいったのか服従する様な行動だったみたいです。
私の想像ですが、ネネさんは、息子キヨマサに脅威かもしれないシャバーニの行動を諌めたいのかも?
子を持つ母は、強い意思と行動が伴うのかな?
アイは発情が来た年にシャバーニと同居したら仲良くしたそうです。今は、シャバーニとは、いい距離でうまく接していると思います。
シャバーニも遊び感覚で追われている時もあれば、逆らわれてしつこくやり続けることもあると思います。
シャバーニが本気出したら、無事ではすまないと思うので手加減はしていると思います。
ただネネさんが本気の時は、逃げるシャバーニを掴んだまま引きづられケガすることも。
ネネさんは、高齢ですが、外放飼場にゴハンで出てくる時はフォフォとシャバーニとアイに牽制しながら、一番に
出てくるパワフルな人です。
シャバーニの精神が成熟して、ネネさんが好々婆になれば、平和になると思います。(´∀｀)
