Best to stick with 1 DU reflects whenever possible. Three 1 DU reflects tacked together is MASSIVELY longer than a 3 DU. IF on a build timer piecing together reflects may be annoying but over all 1 du is the way to go. Go to your tavern or any map with out a timer so you can experiment and put down a max size 3du reflect and then build two 1DU reflects connecting to each other next to and you will see quickly what I mean. As for your DPS heroes the best hero is hands down the one you enjoy using the most. A boosting monk is nasty as hell BUT not the ONLY option. I use my ranger the most have for a very long time. The real power seems to lie in team play. My Ranger is around 4.5k attack with a 170kish soul focuser. My ranger with genie and soul focuser does around 700k per shot on ruthless. Add prop cat instead of genie it jumps up to around 1.4million per shot! Add a boosting monk to ranger and prop cat so monk and ranger buff each other AND THE BUFFS ARE STACKING then it jumps to crazyness like 6million plus per shot! Add a debuff from the initiate enemy drain and for good measure web wall or spider minion or spider queen pet and absurdity ensues. 25million per shot is possible! Far from op considering that it takes planning timing and team work to get that absurd damage BUT it is possible. Some AFK trickery can get same results IF you want to keep solo playing. Easiest afk boosting is place heroes by key defenses with Guardians. just experiment in tavern a bit to get the feel for using guardians and you should be good. On the subject of boosting IF you get stuck on field with your aura builder monk you can slap on tower boost. It will pale in comparison to a dedicated tower booster BUT even a VERY low tower boost stat will show marked power increase in any defense in range. All you need to do to see what I mean is drop any damaging tower down in your tavern look at damage numbers and turn on tower boost even IF your boost stat is at zero your damage will still go up. Obviously best to NOT get stuck on field with a builder but it happens to all of us. Best tip of all though is have fun and play the game the way YOU want to! DON"T worry if you are doing the absolute best you can IF that's your goal hit shops play multiplayer and tower stack LT Plus guardian boost and monk tower boost for every fricking thing you do and there ya go. Your way of figuring it out and learning is harder but to me is far more fun and rewarding than just stacking and deep frying everything. Again though best tip is PLAY YOUR WAY AND HAVE FUN!
Here’s ideally what you should build on this map: preferably a single stack of auras, you can help increase the range with a nature’s pylon, 4 dsts, imagine placing them in a “ + “ type pattern, one each direction, you can place some electric towers as well, obvsly, and to help sustain them you can place down a golem at each mage tower stack, shut of access from a bit further away from crystal with minions. BB each stack with EV, some reflects will help too, mainly for the mage towers. The mushroom spore is also helpful, does posion damage and armor reduction to enemies. GLHF
the best use for the golem is, one, to have him on a buff beam because his stats are monstrous, and two, naturally, have your app towers in his range, he will heal them and give them more resistance, he also draws a lot of aggro, so keep him away from your core
When placing reflect beams it's generally best to keep them one defense unit long and if you need them longer just build 2 small ones... IIRC 2 small ones are as long as a 3 DU one and have more cumulative HP (the fact that they have less individual HP tends not to matter since each beam is taking less damage since it's covering less area and also since they tend to have way more than enough hp anyway)
you actually get more value from placing a bunch of 1du relfects in a line as opposed to one 3du reflect, 3 1du reflects is longer than 1 3du reflect edit: also your setups are improving, comparing your app tower placement from the previous video to this one, thats how thry should be placed, away from your core, protected by reflects 👍
The tower placement was good overall except the golem. but the minion placement wasnt good at all. thats why ogres and mechs could reach your mage towers.
Hi, could you please help me with some question i have. 1. Is there a trick to get weapons or armor that hasn't partial negativ stats. 2. I did run into a wall when i reached Nightmare difficulty. The drops/loot(weapons/armor/ect) are worse compared to what i already have. Even with 4 Charakters on a map, the loot is trash.

That rant was so real

26:43 what did he saaaaaay

16:28 the level recommendations for levels are completely useless, the only things that matter are your stats and build.
