Great video. It is a good product. I have been using it, had already needed replacement unit. Shame it's not sweat or water proof. I am sure in 2024 they could it.

So, the wrist band is calibrated from the reading of the cuff band. Question: if you are stressed at the time of the cuff reading then the wrist band readings are all going to be wrong. Or am I missing something? Please don't say you should be calm when you take your cuff reading. If you are concerned about something, you are concerned and sitting calmly does not change that.
When you recalibrate if the reading has changed it asks you to wait and relax and repeat, if it’s still markedly different it asks you to redo it the following day
I have been using this product which was very reliable. Unfortunately after 8 months the first one could not charge. So I was sent a replacement and the second replacement the same thing happen. I believe that the sensors part is of not a good quality, as with wrist and skin respiration may cause rust and also not sure why the charging pins after a while sinks in.For a price of £199.00 its not a very good product. Its a shame because it has the making of a great product.
Good to know mine is working fine so far I hope it doesn’t break I rely on it to make sure my bp doesn’t get too high
Thinking of getting one of these. Recently i bought a blood pressure machine for the home, but i struggle with anxiery. As soon as i put the cuff on and inflate i can feel my pulse racing and my blood pressure readings are through the roof.
I just want to get an accurate picture of whats going on, im a fit guy, run walk weights..etc
I cant tell if i genuinely have hypertension or its just anxiery thats causing the blood pressure to spike. Its even worse if i go to the doctors to have it done. Idont want to go on meds, so maybe this device could be the answer as its non intrusive and runs in the background.

I love mine like you mine varies greatly but now I can see the trends and know that my blood pressure is under control and it makes you more relaxed when the doctor does it because you know you can pull out your phone and show them what’s happening. If you need meds you need meds better that than the alternative but one of these makes the whole picture much clearer

Quick update.
I'm happy with the Aktiia and have had it on for a week already. My average BP is around, 129/81 so far.
I like the constant readings and don't get any white coat issues with it fluctuating all over the place.
Definitely put my mind at ease, I'd still like the top number to be a bit lower, but that'll be a work on.
