I tell people all the time how grateful I Am for all the years of incarceration. The Holy Spirit was so gentle with me. It is so beautiful when I look back on it all!! Wow I love this. Thank you so much. An old Pentecostal preacher told me once that studying the Bible was like driving a car. You cant get anywhere in the car if you get in and just floor it you'll have a wreck in no time that way. No, you must always pay close attention, take it slow and in any case you cant go anywhere if you don't know the way and the way is of course the Lord Jesus Christ.

12/30/2022 - I was asked about my 'New Years' resolution', and my immediate response was to grow closer every day to the Lord and to know Him fully and have a more intimate relationship with him. I always listen to sermons throughout the day and this came in my YT suggestions yesterday and it is such a blessing - this is what I need - I also made up my mind that I only need the Bible and read it for myself and I KNOW that the Holy Spirit will lead me the way He led me to this teaching - Thank you Lord!

I understand and BELIEVE in the Bible, Even the parts I do not fully understand. That does Not mean that I stop reading, No. I do not put my Bible down, I keep on going, and keep on reading until I can understand it. I will NEVER put my Bible down, why? Because it won't let me put it down. Until I can understand it I must keep reading it, until I can understand it. I Love the Lord and I Love those of you who Love the Bible too!
amen. And reading the Bible is so refreshing. Even the difficult parts. The rebukes of the Lord who loves us are better than the flattery of men who have their own agendas in mind. I wish that everyone read the Bible, and also applied it to their own hearts.
@Quickeenedbytheking I was “incareated” due to a painful injury to my leg. I was maxxed out on morphine and dilauded. Any more would have stopped my breathing. Almost 3 weeks in ICU + 16 weeks of physical therapy but here I am - completely recovered by the grace of God. God uses those times to speak to us. Any painful trial is God’s way of having a face-to-face; sit-down-and-listen-to-me with us.
What a blessing to have this classic work on audio so that I can listen to it. Amazing! I actually used to have to read great works like this.😄 Which I still do, But what a blessing to be able to listen to this when I'm doing tasks that I don't need to think about and being able to feed my soul with such good Bible stuff. 12/30/2022 - I was asked about my 'New Years' resolution', and my immediate response was to grow closer every day to the Lord and to know Him fully and have a more intimate relationship with him. I always listen to sermons throughout the day and this came in my YT suggestions yesterday and it is such a blessing - this is what I need - I also made up my mind that I only need the Bible and read it for myself and I KNOW that the Holy Spirit will lead me the way He led me to this teaching - Thank you Lord!

I understand and BELIEVE in the Bible, Even the parts I do not fully understand. That does Not mean that I stop reading, No. I do not put my Bible down, I keep on going, and keep on reading until I can understand it. I will NEVER put my Bible down, why? Because it won't let me put it down. Until I can understand it I must keep reading it, until I can understand it. I Love the Lord and I Love those of you who Love the Bible too!

I was “incareated” due to a painful injury to my leg. I was maxxed out on morphine and dilauded. Any more would have stopped my breathing. Almost 3 weeks in ICU + 16 weeks of physical therapy but here I am - completely recovered by the grace of God. God uses those times to speak to us. Any painful trial is God’s way of having a face-to-face; sit-down-and-listen-to-me with us.
What a blessing to have this classic work on audio so that I can listen to it. Amazing! I actually used to have to read great works like this.😄 Which I still do, But what a blessing to be able to listen to this when I'm doing tasks that I don't need to think about and being able to feed my soul with such good Bible stuff.
