Thank you for the project. I watched the video and I have so many questions that some spoken audio would probably answer. What is the sampling rate? Is it only voltage or also Amps? Why did you use the resistors you chose? Is there any over voltage protection? And many more questions. Also a walk through of the code would be nice as well.
The reciprocal of the time period = frequency. So, if the timing period is 20ms and one wave cycle fits in that 20ms timing period, the frequency is 1/20ms = 1/0.02s = 50Hz. This is how it was done on old analogue oscilloscopes in the old days before it was all done for you - using the scope's graticule, the time period and some simple mathematics. If 2 wave cycles fit into the 20ms timing period then you know the frequency is twice as large, in this case it would be 100Hz.

Which of course is another REALLY great reason to support this channel as he's offering his time and knowledge for "free" (the cost of an internet connection)! Great project. I followed your video, schematic and used the provided code, but the signal is shown on the bottom of the screen. What did you do to make it display in the middle of the screen. I've tested every button.
I believe that its stuck that way for some reason, when you look closly at what he has on his he has a high dc offset making the wave center at a voltage above zero.
I can see where the code is supposed top be. Three pointing fingers that say click here. But all there's only a schematic. No code. Must be an access level thing. If you scroll down the comments most people can't access it.@@inventorkr1
