Thank you Andy , im off to work in my dirty filthy gas guzzling car but its ok as long as i pay that 'charge ' i can drive day & night , backwards & forwards & pump out as much fumes as i like , it would seem my dirty cash cancels it all out . What a racket.
Would it be reasonable to assume that anyone who initiates a system that proves to be illegal , are guilty of breaking the law . So should the little man with his school satchel, be liable for prosecution . Politicians who have been found to have broken the law , will inevitably be prosecuted . So it will be interesting to see what transpires .
They plan to bring in pay as you drive and charged automatically via your Digital wallet and they also plan to force everyone to be jabbed on a monthly basis from 2025 as the surveillance will be under the skin.
Unfortunately, due to the demographics of London, that ain’t gonna happen. We are not voting our way out of this, I’m afraid. That ship sailed a while ago. This is going to get very, very messy.
It doesn't matter how many laws these cameras are breaking, you'll be hard pressed to find a court that would uphold them in this banana Republic we all now live in.
Correct, except that the national debt is currently 3 trillion and climbing, the annual interest varies but annually it is around 100 million, who gets this money is a mystery that they will not tell us
@@StephenFirth-x3j But look at how many times Argentina has defaulted on foreign debt repayments since 1990. Maybe they are allowed to because of their silver and other natural resources?
Not ULEZ cameras, but in my area, the council has installed half a dozen speed cameras along a stretch of road of less than 1/2 mile. Meanwhile, we have, according to the councils insurance assessor who agreed to pay for the £1800 damage caused to my car by a 4" deep pothole, "got the worst roads in the country based on the number of claims for damage caused".
Hi Andy have thought of bringing to light ulez cloned vehicles I live in staffordshire and have never been to London in this vehicle , but have received 3 ulez charge notices all the best Andy smith
I've noticed many times when driving I've expected delays on certain routes and found it wasn't that bad, only because the traffic lights weren't working, and everyone flowed through with very little tailback.
Ulez is just a smoke and mirror. Effects just 10% so minimum blow back. Once cameras are fully installed and labour takes control inner m25 and most cities will become congestion zones, then labour boroughs will reopen the odd road to show it working.
I assume this refers to the Human Rights Act where everyone has the right to privacy. If you want to carry out surveillance on someone it has to be for the prevention and detection of crime or the protection of the government purse if it relates to a means-tested benefit paid to a person etc. There are other situations though. There is a process to go through and it has to be authorised by a specialist officer who agrees with the application and authorises that this person's human rights are effectively taken away in certain areas. I wonder how this relates to ULEZ and whether all strict laws have been followed as a broad brush is being applied here and individual applications clearly could never be made.
["The greed of these people is endless, how many taxes do the men and women of this land (Corporation) pay? how much of our equity (exchange of time for debt notes) is taken from us by VAT and other stealth taxes - its beyond a joke - it seems these people spend their thinking of new ways to part us from our debt notes"] without prejudice.
Here in Germany the Local Authorities had the bright Idea of installing Speed Traps in the Base of Wheely Bins. On busy Roads the Bins are usually laid down after Refuse Collection in order to reduce the Chance that the empty Bins be swept onto the Road by the Slipstream Wind of passing Vehicles . For the unsuspecting Motorists it would not be unusual to be looking at the Base of Wheely Bins pointing at them as they drove past. The Law states that Speed/Radar Traps are not permitted to be hidden. So that Idea was kicked into Touch. Local Authorities here in North Germany make a Fortune in Speeding Fines (especially from Tourists). It is very difficult to understand why so many Roads up here have a Speed Limit of 70kmh (45mph) even though the Road is straight as a Die for Miles.
Considering the road engineering accomplishments, it is absolutely disgusting how sanquinely some of these individuals cheer Long gone is the autobahn.
The people erecting these cameras must realise it will affect them. They must be truly asleep or frightened for their jobs. It's always good to remember that the people hold the power and not these nonentities.
I set up Auto pay for my van and it costs me £150 per month so I only drive if I have to, every time I drive I write it on the calendar and so far they have not missed a beat with the cameras
Whatever happened to the story around the ULEZ camera alledgedly blown up by a 'bomb'? The silence is deafening, if not a bomb then how did the camera explode? Did the lithium backup batteries short in the sealed enclosure causing it to go off like a bomb. If so, aren't all the cameras a potentiall public danger ?
Hello... I would love to see the air pollution results in the areas of ulez as time passes.. Aberdeen Union Street pollution has gone up since stopping public from driving along it.. 😮.. so of that's with no cars what's the point of ulez apart from making money..... stay safe 🏴
Hi Andy love looking at your videos I was wondering how many people don't pay ulez or there fines The people of this nation are stupid they just pay up and suffer They should just stick together and say no Were would that leave khan and tfl
so its a charge not a fine which means anybody on any kind of gov benefit does not have to pay according to the 1992 social security administration act...."all charges made against said benefit are VOID"...peace
I don’t live near London, but the nearest city to where I live does have a “clean air zone” (Newcastle-upon-Tyne for those wondering) And I really don’t get the point of it (especially as Newcastle doesn’t charge privately owned vehicles)
I have just put a private reg on from my ulez scrapped vehicle and tfl are charging me for ulez as they buy information from dvla as they don’t have the means. The want information which has been given but will only act when the log book has been given over as the online dvla documents aren’t enough with both registrations showing a complaint vehicle and a private plate which is in there eyes is a non compliant vehicle. TfL are so corrupt and think the are above the laws..
Saying about ULEZ can charge you is the same as parking charge but , You can refuse don't think it is, you can refuse a charging fee in a carpark surely is the same as ULEZ, the only different is DfL is involved, it is a fine in ULEZ.
They won't say. However in 6 months time they will have to tell me. There's a little known feature of the local government acts. You can inspect TFL's accounts in person. I did that last year. Apparently I was the first person in 10 years to do so. I was after how much Khan was paying the police so he gets them to enforce 1.50 bus fares. That major crime. One of the reasons why when you are burgled of thousands you don't get any policing. So in a few months, I'll go and see them. To be fair to TFL's accounts team they were absolutely spot on. Very open. So we will get the camera numbers.

No councils since 1972
Only corporations !
It's all a scam. We don't have contracts with the councils, they are just ripping us off.
The council's think we work for them, it's like an African dictatorship full of corruption....
Yep this country is one big corporate company.
@@gordonhutchison9647 the people who take our money are, sadly we the providers of that money are not shareholders.
Can't believe people are so wet and compliant and go along with it. They'll be charging to breathe soon. Stop obeying!
Maybe why they're building more prisons for the penal industry? (like in the USA) Cheap labour for them. They treat us like animals.
Says 2 replies - no replies. We are all so watched folks, be careful, look up the UK government statement at davos - they've sold us.
The ultimate goal here is to implement the 15 min digital prison. They will only stop when they are stopped permanently.

well maybe offer to pay with conditions, which they can never meet.
It worked in Birmingham. AFAIK, they had to write off around 50k charges/fines.

Problem is another cunt will take his place with same agenda
Unfortunately, you are absolutely right. Too many strategically placed muslims in London keeping him in.
For those who are leaving the UK.....Bon Voyage.
Perhaps the public should charge the politicians for ppm(pay per mouth), on every word spoken ths house. See how they like paying to go to work.
good idea politician chat tax...
Let them go and fight their own war

WEF appointed Judges, so that they can oppress you with their legal lawfare
U LEZ is a big con!!!
Sadiq Turpin, stand and deliver!!! Your money or your car!!!
Nah! He wants both.
wonder if it breeches the data protections act of 2018 ?
The Bladerunners are doing their very best but need many more in all areas.

It benefits just about every other Country on the planet, except the British taxpayer.
Germany paid no debt from. WW2 or rest of Europe only Britain did we won but lost all in same breath!

Fraudsters, just like the Government, seize every chance to deprive you of your well earned money.
I've noticed many times when driving I've expected delays on certain routes and found it wasn't that bad, only because the traffic lights weren't working, and everyone flowed through with very little tailback.
Yankee here, what does tailback mean? We don't use that expression in the States.
Surely life doesn't need to be this fuckin complicated.
It's to rob the motorist of money to fill their corrupt pockets.

As it is a charge the implication is there is a contract but with no T&Cs at point of entry. Therefore surely unenforcable, like the parking scam.
