The WLS Montage. A Visual Version covering the years 1955-1989

I created this VISUAL version of the WLS Montage several years ago. This is the version that was faithfully re-created by SCOTT CHILDERS to cover the years 1955-1989. The WLS Montage was always a New Years Eve favorite. THIS VISUAL VERSION IS IN NO WAY INTENDED TO CLAIM OWNERSHIP OR COPYRIGHT.

Nice to be reminded of WLS, looking forward to watching this. I remember the top ten lists, the flyer that used to be in my favorite record store every week. Uncle Larry (Lujack RIP), Little snot nosed Tommy and the 50,000 watt clear channel motha'. Almost forgot Animal Stories.

Great video you put together on this WLS classic. When Scott put this stereo version together he missed 2 songs that go over “Something’s Burning”…there should be the opening intro notes to Ride Captain Ride along with part of the intro to Psychedelic Shack that is playing right over Something’s Burning. Fantastic work on both of your parts!
