Streets of Rage 2 was developed and published by Sega for the Mega Drive / Genesis in the year 1992.

As a kid, I thought Axel was saying 'Grand Papa' when he was doing the uppercut. And the kung-fu guy was saying 'Shabba!' like the RnB song. As for the game? Best beat em up ever in my opinion, to this day. And possibly the best MegaDrive game. Possibly
Now I'll never be able to unhear "Grand Papa" 😂
Streets of Rage 2 has a cool version on the Game Gear but the Master System version is worst since -hardware wise- the Game Gear is superior to the Master System. Also there's a cool hack that let's you play the GG version in a Master System-esque resolution with a reproduction cart or an emulator. Also this review is pretty good.

Actually there one more difficulty in this game exept those 4. "Mania" - difficulty for real masochists... or if you know mechanics and movements of all enemies.
