He moved out 2 weeks ago and I woke up to the breakup text yesterday. I was devastated. I did this, napped and he texted me. I answered. Did it again, got another text. Still wasn’t the one I wanted but i got a reply. Did it again then sent my own text that said I was detaching. He immediately responded, unblocked me on social media then added me back as a friend. Did the meditation again because I was so anxious and it helped me to relax. I waited an hour to add him back and I never replied. He saw me walk into work this morning and said “Why didn’t you answer me back?” I acted nonchalant and said oh sorry I fell asleep. Then later on he invited me over to his new place for lunch. I feel like I’m on the way to what I’ve wanted.

The music and the binaural beats are actually designed to help create a romantic and relaxing atmosphere, and enhance the imaginative ability of your mind. Pretty cool huh? If you're finding them distracting though, I suggest taking a little bit more time to let your mind quiet down before starting the meditation!
