The Word of God, scriptures, is to fill the mind, but in the path to God, one must silence the mind in to peaceful trance of meditative breathing and drop into one’s heart consciousness, which is ruled by not words but emotions, and the radiant emotion of Christ-loving compassion and mercy towards us. We first must receive the radiant Grace of God from the Christ, as a humble, surrendered heart…then one will know (gnosis) God/Christ. Christ stands before us and knocks (at the door of our heart, (not our brain) and it is in the heart where we will first know God through receiving the Grace and loving-kindness of the Christ into our soul as a spiritual baby, then we are reborn. Try this as a meditative act : inhale Grace and exhale gratitude and thanks, but first quiet your mind by inhaling peace and exhaling thanks. Use those simple words as your mantras. First enter stillness and silence, then tap on your own heart and receive Grace, Then watch Joy and all the gifts of the spirit flow into you. So not be scared or shocked if you are overwhelmed and weep with God’s overflowing Grace, you are nearly washing your soul clean, emptying your soul of years of grief, shame and guilt, which is the human condition. Go on and fill yourself daily then with the Grace of God- spiritual grace for your soul- feed your soul each day and night. May God bless you with his free Grace today and tonight.
