I have a Rothenberger. Never used it for sewers. Usually I'm drilling a hole in a wall or sticking into a hole to see better. I never use it for sewers. Once the lens gets dirty you cannot see anything.
I've got one of those (not that brand but basically the same) with a 3' cable and one with a 33' cable that actually has two cameras, one forward and one at 90 degrees. Of course, I also have a SeeSnake and a Mini SeeSnake for real work. The little ones have come in handy a time or two but they are not anywhere close to a sewer camera.
I'll stick with my rigid camera thank you and it's not used as sewer camera it's my inspection camera a sewer camera has a reel and a ball on end so doesn't get muck on eye

Probably as good as my milwaukee camera. Buy Rigid if you’re getting a sewer cam
